Yeh yeh i know what you mean, yeh turn one as you know can be a bit sideways, but we have just gone from 60 profile on a 14inch to a 50 profile on a 15 with a 4.3 Kaaz 2 way and our gear ratios were not quite right before on the 60 profile, so today we had to learn new gear change points!! Trusty 3sgte doesnt go too bad in a whale of a RA40, mind you it weight 1060ish with driver!!

Kye not too sure on the price, but from what i've heard you can buy a stock one and send it over to Slide and he will replace it with a Hi Flowed one for some extra cash! I think Tangles has put one in his car and i know for a fact Sambo has just got Boostworx to put one in his and that may have come from Adelaide Turbo Services!! Mine was on the car when i bought it and that was done at least 4-5 years ago by ATS also! Great turbo for a not quite so crazy upgrade!!

Yeh we were there, we parked on the grass section tho! Celica was having a few overheating temps, well what we thought 100deg was a bit hot, but once it hit 100-110 it didn't really go much higher! Track was shithouse tho, oil down at turn 3 and so windy, we were a solid 1 and a half seconds off normal pace, still got a flat 19 but were really looking towards 17s, but hey with this weather cant ask for too much! we even put new springs in th rear which help some of our handeling/understeer!! Would have come over but we were busy trying different sus setups!! How did that zip tie hold up Steve??

Alright looks like we're definatly gonna be there, Was worried we wern't gonna get our springs in time! They have arrived and are gonna be put in tonight as well as going to Boostworx to grind our brake pads down, gotta fit them tonight and bleed the brakes! A couple more things to do like pick up car trailor, but it looks like we'll be rockin it for sure! Looks like decent weather too! The Celica should be on-song, pushing to get to the 17's tomorrow.......alllllllright!! Big ups to Showza for organising the SAU community to come out for a social event, and to Stevie for organising the snags and bbq foods! Gonna be heaps better than eating the ol "track food" See ya'll out there!!

I'm not gonna say they aren't, but would suggest going into Revolution Racegear on Main North Rd or Autosport on Magil Rd, they might be able to shed some better light as they sell seats, either that or ring up Regency and find out from the horses mouth!!!

Yeh mate sounds like a plan........ on a Practise day mate you can park right up in the pits if you like, Nobody controls the pit gate on Prac days, I would suggest to some of the others to park in the pits also, but still making it accessable for the people(also non SAU people) that are driving, mind you there is plenty of room for everyone!!

I think it goes on what type of car you have, ie a MR2 with NO back seat could prob have a fixed back seat, BUT as in a 32 or 33 or most imports have a back seat so a reclinable seat is ok!! In saying this there is also something about taking your back seat out and it bieng ok to have fixed back seat and possibly a harness! And i believe you can do all this and re register your car as a 2 seater and all is ok!! But don't hold me to it, someone else will shed some light on what i have just dribbled!!

You could do Steve, BUT id suggest just setting it up in the pits as there is a official lunch time, which will suit the people driving, and besides during the "lunch time" there will be nothing on the track, so sitting on the mound/hill with nothing on the track would seem pointless!! Check that map you put up Steve........ Must be Skaifes racing lines! Check turn 3, there in the inside blocking from half way down the pit wall......LOL GHEY!!

Yeh generally around 4ish maybe 5!! It's gonna be in 2 days time(Saturday), heaps of us(plus other people as its a general track day not just SAU) few driving, and yes BBQ will be there(plus drinks but no bar) Which reminds me, If you are to bring Beers or something similar you know the rules "Not in the pits" but thats not the end of the world!!
