I have mesh on my front bar! I think it def a good idea because of the rocks n stuff that flick up from other peoples cars, just look at the stone chips you end up with on your paint! My mesh is black so it doesnt stand out like dogs balls!

Dude sorry to hear about the dramas, Maybe in a couple of weeks try and sell the last rim, and you never know some retard might come forward and buy the one wheel to match the 3 they either stole or bought, Just remember to ask questions like: What sorta car is it going on? Are you after this (1) wheel to have as a spare in the boot or what? Just stuff like that to get the feel of the person trying to buy! Could be worth a shot, you never know....... Good Luck!

Yeh thats exactly how my bar is! Alot smoother in my opinion! Besides i thing the GTR bar needs to have the wider front 1/4's otherwise it looks wak!

Yeh i have no slots on the front of my bar nor do i have the side vents! I actually bought it like that from Viva about 2 years ago, it was either a choice between that bar and GTR! I'm with you, i can't stand those square ugly looking vents, and as Viva said they made it without the vents so it would match up with BN side skirts, and well pretty much anything! I'd say if you can take her off the road for a while, you might be able to do the mods on your bar yourself! Fiberglassing isn't actually that hard, its the time to sand down and get smooth and flat thats the issue. Other than that i couldn't see it bieng too much to get done if you took it to a fibre glasser! You'd obviously have to get the whole bar painted again anyways!

Look at the end of the day, most kits are of a mould of an original kit, Most kits will prob have some form of issues installing it, and also different panel beaters will have a whinge about different stuff between them eg: the good ol Joe Blogs down at Kits n S#@t will say the ends didn't line up, and Bob Hope down at Fibro Crash will say he had to sand the absoloute crap out of it for readyness to paint! So all in all if you want no hastles pay top dollar and get an original kit from Japan! If not then get local get it fitted and sleep at night!!!!
