  1. Hey any help with this is greatly appreciated. I'm driving an R33 GTS-T and currently my fuel economy is pretty bad with 350kms a tank. I'm currently running boost at 13.5 psi and I’m interested in switching to an electronic boost controller so I can also run the car at 7 psi and in turn hopefully increase fuel economy greatly. What are your experiences/opinions on this? I'm also interested in any experiences with fuel economy when running on boost at 7 psi? TIA
  2. i should be there too
  3. do we have to worry about defects?
  4. too bad the cruise is gonna be on a monday! gotta try and get the day off work. how come it wasnt organised to be on a weekend?
  5. thanks alot for the help buddy! would you know by any chance where i could buy it from and how much it would cost?
  6. hey fellas, just a quick question. im buying a r33 gtr spoiler for my r33 gtst, do they all fit straight on? and also its missing the whole brake light assembly and wiring is it possible to take it off my series two spoiler and do a swap? if not how much would it cost for the brake light assembly and wiring? thanks
  7. 7yphon - when does yours make a noise? i can hear a sound when the car is still and i engage and disengage the clutch but i think thats about it. wrxhoon - there is very little free play compared to my old clutch and other cars ive driven. its funny i think the clutch is more vulnerable to slip when the weather is hotter, i drove it 2 minutes ago and the temperature is much lower than before and its not slipping the way it was before. thanks heaps for the help fellas. would it be hard for me to adjust it myself?
  8. hey guys, ive got a r33 gtst with 200rwkw. ive put a xtreme 9 puk cushioned ceramic clutch in less than a month ago and ive just been kind of taking it easy for the first couple of weeks and today ( a pretty hot day 35+ degrees could have something to do with it but still shouldnt happen) i gave a bit of a squirt and the revs flew up and the car didnt move. I also notice that the catching point on the clutch was abit higher than normal, i thought this was unusual but just tried to get used to it. is it normal for it to be a bit high? any help or experiences would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
  9. Great work Bass Junky!!!! Please let us know how your set up goes. As you know im looking forward to doing the same thing.
  10. exedy vs extreme clutches. which brand would be the better one? and where do you guys think is the best and cheapest place to buy one im from the sydney area.
  11. wow!!!! dangerous daveo - 3500lb/1500kg pressure plate! how heavy is the clutch with your set up?
  12. if a hiflow is really that good i dont understand why not more people are doing it? would anybody know why?
  13. sound good. thanks for the help. how heavy are the pressure plates that you guys are using and what do you recommend for me?
  14. ive heard of people in this forum who have gone through a 9 puck clutch in something like 2 months or less. is this by trying too hard to take off normally? or just hard driving? arent ceramic clutches meant to last longer than organic clutches?
