i had a vl turbo befor for about 3years thrashing on 15+ psi head went twice turbo was imac. i dont think that the wheels are ceramic cya

hi guy's i got a rb25t thats got more mood swing's then a chick on her rags. i keep loosing power while driving and on idle the rev's jump up and down from 900 too 100rmp. but the funny thing is it's not a constant problem. any body got any idea's?
