  2. Hi, Looking at buying an aftermarket alloy radiator that is apparently to suit R33. The car it is to go in is an R32 so im wondering if anyone knows can an R33 radiator be used in an R32? Quick reply would be awesome as I need to know very soon! Thanks.
  3. Its pretty simple to use dude. You have the two settings, REV1 and REV2. REV1 is your normal rev limiter so you set that to what you want it to be and leave it (obviously this needs to be a few hundred RPM less than your factory limiter). As its a pretty basic design you will need to use trial and error to find the correct adjustment for the setting. REV2 is your launch rev limiter (ie only active when your handbrake is up, assuming they connected the switch) so you set this to a nice sweet torquey spot in the rev range. Gain is just the frequency of the cuts...no idea which way is which but one will be long loud bangs and the other short sweet pops. ps, Im not 100% if I got the two settings the right way away, ie REV1 could be launch limiter and REV2 could be normal...you will figure it out.

  5. Hey guys, Im after the front section from an R32 skyline. 2 door is preferred but I dont think there is a difference between 2 and 4 so Il take either. It is to repair accident damage so the metal must be straight. Basically what im looking for is some one who has purchased an R32 front cut and has the bare shell left over. Doesnt need panels or anything but if you have them I will probably buy them as well If you have anything or know someone who does then please let me know via PM. I will arrange for it to be removed from where ever it is and cash will be paid of course Thanks, Ryan.

Sounds harsh but seriously this works...try it on some other clear plastic if you dont believe me. - Wet some 2000 grit wet&dry sand paper and evenly sand up the surface of the headlight - Clean it off and dry it completely. - At this point you wil hate me because your light will be all faded and look like shit - Whip out some standard automotive cut and polish and work it over the headlight It should come up crystal clear.

Hey guys, Trying to take the lift kit off the front of my car so just wondering if anyone has any aftermarket spring/shock combos laying around that they arent using now due to an upgrade or something? Coilovers or just lowered springs are ok. Complete suspension preferred though. Let me know what you have! Cheers. EDIT: To suit R33, no idea if 32/34 stuff works so lemme know if it does!

  11. Seriously dont know why people bother with these cut and shut stock plenums. If you want a forward facing plenum then fair enough, so do I, but if your going to do it then do it properly and get something like a Greddy or Plazmaman plenum. These companies have spent lots of time and money trying to perfect the flow characteristic of their product and saved you all the hard work, so I think the extra money is well worth it. Plus they look a shitload better than modified stock, plazmaman especially.

  15. Sorry to dig up an old thread but I found this topic whilst searching and just after some more input on replacing the bearing cap bolts when swapping camshafts. Poncams will be going in my RB25DET pretty soon and I want to make sure its done right. I found these on the nengun site and it appears they are only made for the RB26 (tomei website confirms): http://www.nengun.com/tomei/cam-bearing-cap-studs Would they work on a 25 as well? Is it a worthwhile investment in your opinion? The cams will be installed by a professional but still I would like to know what people think. Cheers

  17. So basically I would order a set of nismo mounts for R33 GTS-t if I was using the R33 engine mount brackets and I would order R32 GTS-t nismo mounts if I was using the R32 brackets? Is there any height/placement difference between the two? I can swing either way so if one is better than the other then I would like to know
  18. Sorry to hijack here guys, I have a laurel (C33) crossmember which I have heard is either the same or does the same as the A31 cefiro ones in terms of placing the motor in an S13. Can anyone confirm this? Also, when mounting the RB25DET in an S13 my understanding is that I will need to use the engine mounts and engine mount brackets off of an RB20. Can anyone confirm this is correct as I am going to order some nismo mounts for R32 GTS-t soon. Thanks

  23. 3.5 is a bit of an understatement if it has the largest rear housing man, I would be thinking high 4000's on an SR.

Hey guys, I have a manual brake and clutch pedal + pedal box for sale from a 1995 R33 GTSt. I think this is all thats needed for the pedal side of a manual conversion but if its not then let me know and i can go yank more stuff off the halfcut. Im asking $150 for the pedals Also a steering colum assembly with ignition barrel + 1 key. Works fine to my knowledge (ie the halfcut started, it spins and the wheel locks). One of the metal brackets that hold in place some factory cable ties i think has been ground off as you can see in the pics (it was late, i was tired and it was in the way of something else). I would urge the buyer to check out what the bracket actually does by looking in their car first to see if it will matter or not. Buyer will need to arrange postage for this as I think its a bit to big for Australia post. Local buyers preferred Asking $90 for the this Pics to come later on tonight. Thanks, Ryan
