Does anyone here know how to, or know of a place that will put an extra set of shims in my diff (HR31 R200 LSD) as its getting a bit loose. Will pay anyone here who is capable if they know what they are doing.

The gibson HR31 used the standard over the top plenum and still made some serious power (300kw+). I'd personally leave it as it is unless you really have run out of room.
Its still an opinion, I don't understand the attraction, it doesn't fit, its not practical, its not legal, it doesn't look good, it has no benefits apart from being a pain in the ass to fit.
If its fluttering like the first video its not adjusted properly and half the air is coming out the intake not the bov. If its set up properly it will sound like the 2nd video (1.8 T thing).
Fork out for an after market computer, if you have 200rwkw you really don't want a stock ECU, 33 ones are hard to remap and you'll have more power and a nicer running car with a properly tuned after market one.
