Whats a good safe boost to run on a stock rb25 turbo??

Hey guys, What kind of diff do you run in your r33's?? because ive got a vl with an rb25det conversion and we just finisdhed it, its got the standard 3:45 diff... But wen u put ur foot down it takes ages to pick up anyone got any ideas on what it could be??
