From the top: Jun's Oil Pump Drive Collar Thank you for purchasing Jun's GTR parts. Due to the stock GTR's oil pump drive being insufficient (what's wrong with it?? The Japanese doesn't really say anything, just something about it's engagement/start being too limited), the oil pump's inner gear often fail/fock up. As a result of this, the oil pump stops pumping and your engine explodes. Jun's Oil Pump Drive Collar was designed to stop this happening. Fitting instructions Take it to a machine shop or an engine specialist and get them to machine up parts shown in the figures below. Both figures are of the crank shaft ends. Figure on the left's caption: Crank Right:Hmmmm, fock knows. Without having looked and played with the parts, this is pretty hard to translate. Goes something like "Rotational stopper bolts (After injection together with machining)" Warning The Collar is for race use only, please don't use on public roads. Wear gloves when handling/installing the collar to prevent burring. Jun will not be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect installing of the collar. Jun will not replace/return used parts. Kinda goes something like that. Hope it helps.

Surprising how many tyres fit in a car when you try. 5 sets of tyres fit in a 180. But my mate takes his 5 car carrier so I pack em all in that. Yea you can buy tyres there. There is also a fitting machine so you don't have to take rims. Petty station just outside of the entrance. Summer one is in Obon. 15,000yen. Well worth it.

My two locals. Sports Land Yamanashi, a tiny short course waaaay up in the mountains. A biker crashed and died there three days ago so a bit scary now: http://www.sly-rc.com/ Fuji Speedway. Drift course is kinda lame, short course is a blast and the full course is long and to have real fun you need a car with real power, not my boxes: http://www.fsw.tv/

The latest news is that it was approved for compliance yesterday, so there is just the formality of registration to go before it is all ready for sale. -
There's a go kart track just out of Gotemba in Shizuoka near Fuji Speedway
-
And I thought you loved me
-
No worries. How about you send your flowers to my mum (is it mother's day in Aus soon too?)
-
No worries. Buy me some flowers and we'll call it square.

ECR33 displays Speed, Revs, Water Temp, Timing, Injector Duty, Air Flow, O2, Air Fuel Ratio, Battery, Throttle, Fault Checker. Doesn't have Intake Temp, Fuel Temp, Intake Manifold, WGV (Waste Gate Valve??), ATF (no idea), EGR Temp(no idea), Gear Select, 4WD, Exhaust Temp. And it's position is number two, if that means anything to you.

I live near Mr Mt Fuji. Someone buy me a camera and I'll take some good shots. Until you do, you'll have to be satisfied with shots from my phone. From the beach next to the port in Numazu, Shizuoka. From Mikuni Touge(my local), Yamanashi. Across Lake Saiko, Yamanashi. From Oshino, Yamanashi. From my carpark, Yamanashi. From Lake Kawaguchiko, Yamanashi. My school, Yamanashi. And my car. Ghetto 180 Racing's founding member. (Pete, that is the spray can black hachi (RIP) on the right)
-
Toilets at FujiQ Highland, a big amusement park in Yamanashi. Did I laugh....
-
Yep, spray can black hachi. I dunno about a bridge, but yea he banged a guard rail. Both of them weren't wearing seat belts but were fine. One more hachi in heaven, one less on earth.

No worries mate. The boys are keen to head to the summer festival as well, so might possibly see you there. Will definitely be at the autumn one. I snapped my right tie rod the first night, headed into town and managed to get another one but the second day I only got about an hour driving in. Seemed to be the Thursday and Friday of car horrors hey. What could break did. A mate fell asleep at the wheel heading out to get some lunch on the first day and totalled his car.
-
When did you take these photos mate?? And where was I?? They are all the mates I went with!! And that not so beautiful hachi was by far the fastest car in the whole place. Cost 400bux and destroyed everything, including a 32gtr and an evoIV that were going for speed not slide. Definitely had more to do with the arms attached to the steering wheel than the car itself though. Big Brother was watching....... And how good was it seeing the faces of all the safari park customers while driving between tracks. Man I scared some little kids, hahaha

Nothing about offsets, or anything relevant at all. The top one is just advice/caution when fitting tyres to the wheel, and the bottom is saying the wheel conforms to some kind of standards (JAWA). Offsets are usually imprinted somewhere behind the spokes when the wheel is cast, along with the diameter and width. Have another look if it they ain't hiding behind some grime.

Only 1 thing? You listed 2 so I'll go 3; I heading home next year so this is quite apt! My 180 Pack it full of goodies and continue drifting the pants off it in Oz. My mates. It's gonna be f*ken tough leaving all the dickhead mates I've made. Would also like to have the chance to speak Japanese every now and then when back in Oz. School uniform laws. Mentioned in previous post. I am still as yet unsuccessful. When I think of more shit I'll post again!!

What did you get?? Project Mu rotors??
-
Kinda goes something like this; Caution Brake and parts cleaners contain components that will dissolve paint. When using these product to clean or degrease the brake rotor, don't spray the contents directly onto the rotor, apply them to a rag and wipe onto the part of the rotor that comes directly in contact with the brake pad. Discolouration or fading of paint will not be taken as a reason for claims, refund or replacement of the product (Brake rotor??). Please check cleaning product's constituents before use. Solvents containing chlorine must not be used on plastic, rubber or painted surfaces. SCR, SCR Pure Plus coating is a heat resistant, baked finish rated to 600deg. Nothing a wizened man doesn't already know....

Which Coilovers Would You Choose?
dodgybrooks replied to PSI_GTSII's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
No they are not. They are no better than Australian roads. -
