Get the GTR man. Alot more potential for mods and power etc. Im kind of in the same boat as you. Im selling my R33 for want of a GTR. I am a diehard nissan fan and couldnt settle for anything less than an R32 GTR. I think the shape of it looks really "tuff" and has the power to match. And like you said, it is a classic. Not many cars got banned from Bathurst for being too fast:D

I dont have a deposit yet, but the buyer is 100% he is buying it. So you could say it is sold. I am confident he will come up with the money. So I should wait until I get the full amount before you start looking?

nah Dean I wont get the full amount until the start of november. So Ill hafta get you to start looking then. I just hope I can hold on that long. Will compliance still cost the same around then?

Hi guys, Im thinking of getting a custom plate for the GTR when I get it. So far the ones that I have asked for that have been taken are: GODZLA GODZLR GDZILA GDZILR These 2 were available: TT ZILA, and ZILLAR. Any other good ideas for plates?

Well ive just paid $420 for rego 2 days ago. $24,500 would be more what im after. Plus Kamikaze has already offered me $25,000, but in november....... Kamikaze, you have mail Rob, yeah only 1 month ago, 2 young vietnamese blokes were killed in a silvia. I think it was non-turbo, but they took a corner too fast, came out of it alright, but then had to overtake at high speed. They clipped a ute coming the other way and slammed head on into another ute. The car was split in half, and they both died. Very tragic, and terrible. But it is from this sort of thing, and other things that have happened to me, that I have learned a lesson to be really sensible. Thanks Shell

nismo, thanks mate. Yeah I know people can import skylines like mine for a bit cheaper. But at least if you want to buy mine, you can see it, hear it, drive it, check it. All the luxuries you cant get with importing. (even though I intend on importing a GTR )

thanks SDU, yeah I still reckon its a bargain, not becoz of the mods, but just the overall condition + power + bodykit. JimX, the only reason Im selling is because I want to get an R32 GTR. thanks for your input Rob. Im still surprised I havent had much interest in it for $25K. I also have some pictures of it when it was on show in Autobarn if anyone would like them. I will try and downsize them and post them here later.

The reason why i put ONO, was so someone might offer me $24k or $25k and I was hoping for quite a few offers to get the price as close to $28k as possilbe. I am thinking of selling my mods too, but I just want to see how it goes for a while first. Ive only had it in Unique Cars for a few days anyway. But if worst comes to worst, ill sell the mods and lower the price.

yeah I know what you mean, but if you take a look at my Ad I put in the forsale section, I have alot more mods than Merli too. Plus I have the full suspension, full bodykit, lots of mods, showroom condition too........ But if i do get $25k, then yes ill be happy with that

Ive only had like 2 serious people who never followed up. Is there anything else I can do to try and sell it, or maybe is the price too high ($28,000 ono)?????? Or isnt there much of a want for R33 GTS-T's? thanks in advance.

Hey guys, well I just got back from a cruise round town and it wasn't good. I was beaten by the dark side. Not V8's that is, i cained quite a few bommodores actually:D Well firstly i got pulled over by the cops, they had a check over the car and no defects. Then I had the run-in with a very souped-up WRX. Ive heard a few stories about this metallic blue Rex, that the guys father put about $30k into doing it up for his druggo son. And I found out the hard way that it was true. From the lights it was actually fairly close. He got a big jump on me, but only pulled ever so slightly up to 100. But then from a roll.......... we both started at around 40, and he just pulled away so easily!!!! I mean Ive got 180rwkw which i think is bloody fantastic, but this dude must have been pushing 230rwkw i reckon. It was that fast. The only mods I could actually see, were 2 huge apexi exhausts out the back. I then gave him a thumbs up (only god knows why) which he didnt return. And it just made me think how much I would have eaten him if Id of had my R32 GTR by now. But I did have 3 other people in my car, to his none. So please guys, help a brother out. Im selling my GTS-T and wanting to import a GTR, so BUY MY "T"!!!!!!!! Dont let me get beaten by this Rex again. ps, its in the for sale section, and still 4 sale. It will be in the next Unique Cars magazine too.

Hey Mick, sorry it took a while to reply. First off, you did a bloody great job of polishing them, it looks fantastic! About the knocking sound. I did not notice any difference in sound after I put them back on. I always get a little bit of noise when it first starts up on a cold morning, but after about 5 seconds it stops. Unfortunately I dont live in ballarat or near there. I live in Mildura. But I do have a brother who goes to Ballarat Grammar and I sometimes go there 2 visit, but probly not for a while now Sorry mate, hope ya get it sorted. Maybe try and take it off again and put it back on and double check nothing dropped in, and that the seals are in place too (thats what id do) Andrew
