I did the same with my Wolf playing with water and air temp tables for both fuel and timing trims.The news said fuel may hit $2 in 6 months so fuel really is an issue now.My GTRs torque and HP start to fall at 14.85afr and the emissions get dirty.My multi gas analiser shows 14.8 as the cleanest afr and 44deg total timing at cruise gives me the best economy.Stock cams.
  2. How is the 25-26 better? all 3 have their merits but for shear grunt the 30s are king.
  3. Ive found that twin feeds on very big injectors keeps the fuel pressure much smoother and as its easy and cheap and does not cause any problems its worth the effort even if the only gain is peace off mind.

  5. I think we are replacing the exhaust manifold gasket on tuesday,will be having a good look then.Has the standard pulled rear manifold stud.
  6. Ok then who wants to buy a few sets of NEO RB25 rods to Upgrade their R33 Rb25s?Their the same as R33s sorry.Did you see that the intake buckets are Alloy?
  7. I always fit dual entrys and a center outlet to the stock rail.Stock rail has a bigger ID than most aftermarket rails.
  8. They dont have GTR rods or lifters.1/2 the lifters are Alloy unlike GTRs
  9. If you start to lose power and torque by going lean then the car will start to use more fuel,In RBs its about 15-1. The Wolf is easy find out the best AFR for cruz fueling, look at your O2 sensor voltage then go to sensor setup and put that value in,Typical example is 0.60center 0.58lower 0.62upper In order in the Wolf menu.

  11. It is only Auto trans fluid.
  12. They dont have GTR rods. They have a lower combustion chamber roof, different pistons and solid cam buckets and slightly different oil pump.
  13. Ive seen NEOs with hiflows limited to about 300rwhp because of detonation have thicker head gaskets and cam gears to properly time the cams after raising the head pickup close to 50rwhp due to the extra timing they can then handle.NEO was built for tighter emission laws.
  14. Run both sensors and you will have no trouble.
  15. The ironic thing is that the owner was disapointed that he couldn't do 12's If he does some suspension work he prolly will.
  16. Gazza your GTR may be the G sensor the other sounds like you could bet on it being a bleed but it should have been picked up in a pre purchase checkup.Top racing can bleed it also if your south of river.
  17. Engine temp.Plug in a laptop and go to fuel modifyers,Engine temp comp table and richen up the the temp zone that causing your problem. Very easy.
  18. Treck thru the merchison( Yeh i cant spell) its the best part of the place with lots of good rock climbs. Kyaks are also the go.

OK i cant back the 299.1 car yet but early this week a GTS with SAFC cooler and cat back made 292rwhp.Before you start it did go to the plex on wed this week.13.1 all night with a best of 13.0 I do think thats a WA Stock GTS record. Was the Silver S2 R33.Im getting a time card to post but the speed was about 180ks.As Rev210 said Track is proof. We also have full Shootout 4WD dyno about to be fitted.
  21. Your R33 bellhousing will fit on the front of the 34 box.

  23. its been left at 299 now.Im guessing its my dyno thats low but im about to see.
  24. Anyway this dynos off to bibra lakes to a Trev shop as we are upgrading.
