  1. If its setup like an RB25 then its as easy as an "on off" aux output but if its CVVT then its a lot harder. Rank rotory have used Wolfs on CVVT motors as they have an output that can control CVVT and it worked well. This same output is in Skyline plug and plays. I have read that the Cam kit is optional with a controller but im not sure.
  2. Missinglink has this turbo at 380rwhp@14psi, Ossie21 has 350rwhp@12 psi. Very early boost,One the best street RB25 Turbos. Some SAU members have gone to 450rwhp on built engines.
  3. The VVT head only needs the oil feed from the block plugged(easy as an M8 grub screw) and add one ristricted oil feed.
  4. Just leave the VVT unplugged and use RB20-26 aftermarket cam gears.
  5. XForce are a good option and most shops inc us sell them.
  6. S13 is no problem with with MAP sensor. Djetro drives fine on GTRs but the fueling is a problem at mid throttle at highish revs like in motorkana type events. I get MAP sensors to drive nice on GTRs but the AFRs are nastie to do it.
  7. Air flow meters on any multi throttle engine will always drive better than MAP sensor because there is a strong pulse on the MAP sensor that even multi MAP sensors cant fix. MAP still works ok but if smooth street manners is your thing then stay with MAF.
  8. I to have done a few without any long term problems with the only differance being shift just like a shift kitted auto. First car was about 4 years ago running mid 300rwhp and its still working fine. Up to you if you try but i would still fit an ECU to my own car .
  9. 40 is right but i have seen ppl go more without trouble.
  10. Motec is the best Australia has to offer but not the worlds best, that would be the ECUs most F1 teams use and some start at $25000US. Most ECUs have their place.
  11. The lifters are listed but not avalible, gotta 13month old order with them. Only option now is $1500, and as i have the 280 pro cams im stuck.
  12. I had some on order for 13months and now they said they are not going to make them again.Ring Wheelspin in WA for the only other solid kit.Tomei still do the solid cams.
  13. One thing to look out for is some shops sell RB26 forged pistons as RB30DET pistons.Piston is way down the bore on TDC and is very dodgy.
  14. 700hp Sard fits easy and is very quiet and well priced. 0398735400 for the ppl in vic that sell them.
  15. Pro's are the only option but they are solid and Tomei dont make the Solid buckets anymore and the only ppl that do charge around $1500. Very good stuff if you have the coin.
  16. An old skool style swap meet would be a good idea also.
  17. 2JZ is 86mm bore and so is the RB30 and as both are 3.0L the stroke has to be close to the same.
  18. RB30 has the same bore and stroke as a Toyota 2JZ so it cant be to bad.
  19. Does anyone here sell the adaptors for fitting r33 GTR disc rotors using the stock R32 GTR caliper?(Caliper spacer bracket) Any feed back from ppl that have used them?
  20. A built 25 revs hard enough if done right and if it was still VVT it can have a better mid range than the 26.
  21. Ask Mirkz.
  22. Get a Sard pump as they fit in the R32 GTR easy and are quiet and well priced.044 is a poor fit in 32s and is a very noisey thing and not an intank pump,040 is intank. The Turbos are very good. 11s are easy if your clutch is upto it.
  23. TOP RACING did MIRKZ NA with Turbo setup. 94588155.
  24. The VVT gear has plenty of adjustment for most setups. RB20 cams are a simple fit into RB25s.
