  1. Sure has.18000ks of hard work and one of the origional valve springs has failed,rest of the motor is perfect but Tristan is going to port the head and fit QP springs. Had a minor miss at high revs and we found one soft spring. Anyone that wants to see how well a basic 25 can take a beating can come in and check it out.

  3. Thats about as much bull as i have ever read on the net. Bosch oil pump is proof enough that its all shit and i think every one here knows every GTR thats run under 12s but ive never seen this one.
  4. ITS Turbos are very good but you need a factory BOV plumbed back not an aftermarket one.

  6. Twins work but cost a lot more, any smallish GTR setup but with custom manifolds would do your job.
  7. N1 is fine for huge power but not revs so stay around 8300rpm max.
  8. Apexi Boost control is a fiddly thing to setup but good once you get there.
  9. Yes,never had a problem swapping them.

Go Motec go 6 Ignition coil drivers if you want big power.400rwhp is no problem for Autronic after that you start spending big on ignition and may run into the damaged engines seen in WA.Autronic has only two caps to drive 6 coils in their CDI unit .If your dealer says they can give you big power without the problems Danny and the Wholagan GTR had get it in writing. Why did you remove the PFC?

  12. My wifes GTR has a full Trust piping kit but on a mild car, its no better than stock even with the Trust cooler so maybe the stockers fine till you chase huge power.
  13. WRX PFC is a sweet thing and easy to tune.We have the use of a Dyno dynamics 4WD dyno now so can do any 4WD tuning. R33Steve, email me your map if you can and i'll check it out for you.
  14. I looked at a Link yesterday and have to say it seems like a very good thing with nice software.The 3 Microtech plugins we have seen sofar have had problems and 2 have been removed but as they are new they should have them sorted soon.
  15. We give all out stock dumps to imports101 so they may be able to help.
  16. Early R32s had a short oil pump drive that can and does cause trouble but later 32s and all 33-34 have the wide drive.If you have an early crank Jun have a kit to fix this problem but it is crank out to fit.

Danny and John wholagans cars were nightmares also and i would not call Racetorque a bad agent.Having to buy CDI ETC ads big time to costs and with the damage we have seen with Johns and Dannys engines with CDI and waste spark im scared to ever use it. John spent 3 years and tens of thousands of dollers trying every thing Richard aubert could come up with to fix their GTR ( Autronic did buy the SMD and CDI back to be fair) so we rewired the factory wiring and put in a plug and play and all the factory coils and modules and the car was fixed over night and just got 1st and 2nd at meelup and powerhouse. But as this is a plugin options thread why are we at this point anyway Ken?

  19. PER4MANZ Turbos range of ITS turbs is outstanding and make 350rwhp very easy with a wide spread of power and well supported by Grant, i will show you some dyno graphs.
