shes all working now had to de-solder #6 incase anyone has the same issue. cant get that s**t of an oil pressure gauge to work properly now tho

hey can someone help me with the installation please... i tried mine tonight and it was down by about 10km. ive got the instructions but im not sure about which to solder exactly... or if im sposed to join em etc etc... i tried a few diff combos or solder this and that but made no differance... do you just solder across the selected points, or also join em with the other specifc ones ???? the needle also seemed to be ok. it sat on 0 on idle. and was fine until i got to about 40km/hr, then it started going less by about 10km. had my pfc and gps to check speed.

dont have a working gtr bov yet so im uncool still... sounds pretty much the same, maybe a little bit louder, but its one of those things were i could just be imagining it It seems abit laggier than my stock gtst bov though, but im guessing thats cause my gtst bov has the little hole plugged up?

this is still for sale ppls !! with xmas only 4 months away you'd be crazy not to buy it !

tried another gtr bov and the car is fine, no wierd rrrrrrrrr noise. i thought these gtr bovs like "never break" or some crap like that ?

cool thanks for that. i guess ill try another gtr bov and see if it does the same thing and then i'll know what the issue is. my gtst stock bov works realy well, i just wanted to be cool and use the gtr bov :~(

someone must of poked at the spring thingy b4 and or seen if theres has the little hole ???

hey ppls i put my gtr bov on my r33 gtst today. i used a bigger radiator pipe to hook her up. anyways when i was testing her out when i get to like 5000rpm on or off boost it car would make this drrrrrrrr noise, quickly and you could feel it loosing power / boost gauge was going down. If you like held it at say 5psi after a few seconds it would make the noise then drop down. So i instaled it again with new hose clamps and it did the same thing. Then i put my stock gtst one back on incase i screwed something and it was fine. So i put the gtr one back on.. and it was leaking again. I noticed the bov has the hole on the side just under the hat thingy, i didnt think gtr bov's had that hole ?? maybe if i plug her up or something ? When you press the spring thingy in the bov its quite loose also, if thats good ?? just wondering if theres anything i can try besides another gtr bov to see weather if my install or the actual bov itsself ??

btw ppls with shannons insurance, i spoke to them before and they said because the event -isnt run under cams -isnt timed laps -will have instructor present at the venue (evan if there not in your car at the time) we'll still be covered fully
