whats this anti-squeel spring you all speak of ??

well the spray lasted for about 50km of driving.....

my ultimates used to squeel as if they were getting molested or something.. i tried the paste stuff which didnt do anything at all.. the spray worked realy well tho fixed it up 100% alltho i have a feeling the spray doesnt work for all that long ??

well thanks to jazzar33 ive found the problem the panel beaters decided it wasnt important to put the ballast thing back in the car.. so theres a connector just hanging there...turns it is important.. thanks again jazzar33

i grounded the negative wire coming off the fuel pump connector... car works perfectly now :P

ive noticed just now on the pfc when the fp1 (fuel pump) light turns off.. the vct light also goes off.. the f/p light stays on the hole time though, if thats a clue for anyone.. ?

my issue sounds kinda similar.. but it just happens at idle.. the pump seems to want to turn off after a few seconds and then she stalls

maybe the fuel pump is having issues ? can u hear it on in the background ?

the car starts now... but doesnt prime when u turn the key.. the pump only also goes on when u press accelerator.. when shes idling the pump turns off and then she dies.. u can accel quickly to save it tho.. anyone got any ideas besides some electrical thing ?

ya but with a proper gps (as oposed to gsm) it would be constantly tracking it.. so if it went underground you'd no its last location a few seconds before it disapered. If only the insurance companies gave you some sort of discount for tracking alams id so buy one

anyone using this ?? i went to the website just now.. looks kinda cool.. allthough from what i read it looks like it doesnt actualy track your car, more it will send an sms with the location when you request it ?? so in theory if your car was stolen and parked underground where gsm wont work and you havnt requested the location in the last few minutes you wont realy have a clue ??

nah im on the hunt for a fuel pump relay now cause definetly its some electrical issue thanks anyways tho

anyone no how many amps the fuel pump relay is for a r33 gtst repco has a 20,30,40 etc etc.... not sure which one tho ????

i did some fuel electrical tests that are mentioned in the workshop manual.. i think theres power going to the relay, but its having an issue connecting to pin #18 on the ecu i think.. i couldnt realy test it tho cause i was to scared id blow something up..

ive got the stock airbox/bov and a hks 2535 and i also get a soft flutter noise when im under like 5psi or so.. anything over and the bov seems to function normaly. didnt happen at all with the stock turbo

ive tested and theres no power for the fuel pump inbetween the blue thingy.. and the top connector (red thing in my pic) so it looks like the problem is in the fusebox or something ?

ive had a look and theres definetly not power coming from the electrical connector for the fuel pump.. i hooked the fuel pump upto the battery directly and she works like a charm is there anyway easy / beginers way to diagnose the issue ? once the wires get back to the fusebox i got no idea ? thanks

also the fuel pump fuse is fine.. and on the white plastic thingy at the top of the fuel tank.. i swaped those 2 pipes over incase i had gotten them wrong.. but still nothing..

hey ppls i need urgent help please.. i picked up my car from it being at panel beater for a month yesterday and it was screwed.. it was constantly stalling on idle.. you could drive on boost etc though but it as soon as it idled at the lights it would just die.. so i went back to them and we spent a few hours yesterday investigating it and aparantly the fuel pump must of randomly died.. evan though the car worked on boost.... so i had her towed home from the panel beater which was great... anyways ive put my stock pump back on and she aint working still... the car wont evan start up.. I tested the stock pump with a battery and its definetly working... i took the fuel filter out.. and started it a few times to see if any petrol would come out that pipe and none did it also doesnt make the priming noise anymore... So at the moment no petrol seems to be getting to the front of the car ??? anyone have any suggestions on what i should try ? im worried when they fixed up the panels at the back of the they screwed something with the fuel lines maybe

i got some whiteline springs and bilstein shocks and some swaybars 2..

my wheels also stick out a tiny bit at the back.. since i got whiteline suspension stuff the car sits 1cm lower or so but it doesnt rub against the guards as much now.. only when i go over stupid train tracks and crap. with the stock suspension it would rub when there was 3 ppl in the car and u were just driving along normaly.

but the gtrs is only slightly bigger than my turbo and it sounds way louder / cooler.. we both use the rubber intake pipe, only main diff is i use the stock airbox and stock bov.
