  1. ok thanks Dan. I did realise long ago that the AFM attaches differently between the DE & DET airboxes. I was just wanting to know if the DET airbox will bolt straight in and if the AFM will attach up to the DET's lower mounting point without any mods.
  2. Hi and welcome nice coupe you have there you'll have to take some more pics so we can see the colour of your paint better.
  3. I'd like to buy the airbox and snorkel off you if you end up not using it. will pay $100+ for it.
  4. do you know/think it will be a fairly straightforward swap to a GT-T airbox? has any NA owner done this?
  5. i'm guessing you've seen sky88's post in the 'for sale - car parts" section? i've pm'd him about his car but still haven't heard back from him.
  6. there is one in the "for sale - parts only" section. seller is sky88 located on Gold Coast. its a manual DET NEO. a few people (including myself) have pm'd him about parts from his car but haven't back from sky88 yet.
  7. I'd like to buy some items off your car but only if your willing to sell certain items separately of course.
  8. for the 33's they maybe the same but for the 34's they are not. if you want a pic of the airbox currently on my NA NEO I'll post one up Here are the pics. As you can see, you now know why I asked if anyone has changed their NA airbox to a DET airbox
  9. Need to revisit this thread Has anyone here with a NA R34 swapped their airbox for a DET airbox? I'd just like to know if it's possible as the DE airbox and snorkel setup is terrible. some pics would be good to if anyone has them. thanks Reggie
  10. Kudos Motorsports in the SAU classifieds.
  11. aw man, i don't want to hear examples like that. my cars just landed in Brissie.
  12. You and your car don't reside in Ipswich do you? coz I hope you have excellent security for your car.
  13. very different if your coming from sydney. it's just over 2 hours west of Brisbane and very dry at the moment so hope your prepared for some warm weather. I used to live in Chinchilla another 45 mins west of Dalby.
  14. are you sure it's a real GT-R tho? coz I have seen so many wrongly badged GTS25-T's around these parts, it ain't funny.
  15. um, yeah, it seems so never thought of it that way
  16. no the 25GT's do lack the GT-T interior, alloys, brakes, suspension, front strut brace, HICAS and rear stabilizer. from my print out the 25GT has no LSD it also states an auto GT-T/GT-V has a 'rear screw refuse LSD' and the manuals have a 'rear helical LSD' but I'm sure most of you would know that.
  17. the only way you could tell is if you walked around the back and looked at the badge, if it is still in place. 25GT being the V and of course 25GT-T being the turb'd one. because the GT-V has the GT-T alloy wheels there is no other external visual clue. unless of course you looked in through the windscreen to look for the 3 gauge console on top of the middle of the dash which the turb's have and the V won't have. i have a manual GT-V sedan arriving next month with any luck
  18. Hi can one of you powerful Admins change my username to Reggi34dr from SVD164 please.
  19. why a R33 sedan again? does the R34 sedans not interest you as much as the 33's?
  20. can i get one of these gmail account invites please. rwdavis@optusnet.com.au TIA.
  21. isn't that the Bee Racing 324R? or is it R324?
