doubt it. just because it doesn't have the 3 guages doesn't mean the car was something else in a previous life. an S1 GT-t without the said guages could've been an option ticked by the original owner or dealer. if it was a GT, like your suggesting, they've changed the whole interior from the colourful stripey door and seat trim to the plain colour turbo interior. only GT-V's (which are NA) come with the turbo interior.

your car isn't that rare, 4 door or not and it's just an instrument cluster your after, just get one for a 34, they're all the same.

if R34 GT-R's are still worth $$$'s out of my reach then a V36 if they ever gain compliance here it's either that or a '07 350Z

I've been seeing a white kitted 34GT-t coupe lately on Cunninghm H'Way but as yet haven't caught the plates coz I'm to busy ogling the lowness and phatness of it. Gave a wave yesterday as we looked at each others cars. seen it this morning near the Amberley turn-off @ Willowbank. anyone from here?

let me know how you go Scott as this is something I've been looking at also. After translating that page and reading Japlish there doesn't seem to be anything to technical to worry about except the change to a GT-R air-con unit.

I have Tein SS's in my NA R34 but my car is a GT-V so i can fit any turbo model suspension without a problem

I just changed my coilpacks this afternoon. I'm not a mechanic which is why it took me 2 hrs but I saved myself $$$. My splitfires cost $465 delivered thanks to Perfectrun. It really isn't hard to do at all, it's just that all the little fiddly connections and things take time if you don't want to break/damage anything.

received my splitfires today, $465 del. from Perfectrun. Ordered them last wednesday. Perfectrun ended up being the cheapest after comparing and converting prices with Nengun & Greenline. Pretty quick delivery too.
