  1. solid cams?!?!?! You mean to say that the GTS cams are hollow!?!?!!?!?!?!? What do you mean there? matt
  2. http://forums.skylinesaustralia.com/showth...=&threadid=1077 It's a wine red front bar. matt
  3. OOSham, I'll take it for $190. I'm in melb. matt
  4. Killer-T, One thing I've learnt (after doing a performance engine rebuild recently), is that the price they quote you is always much less than what it ends up costing. No fault of the workshop however, it's just that you always end up with lots of little things that make your bill much more. In addition to that, a performance rebuild always takes lots longer than you'd expect it to. Waiting on my forged pistons alone took me 3 months! Once again, not anyones fault, it's just (at the time of the order), all the race teams had already put in their order for a seasons worth of Forged Pistons. You can imagine who got priority Oh - and save your $$$ on the nissan gasket kit. The only gasket my car uses is for the head, and that's a Tomei 1.2mm Metal Head gasket. matt
  5. They all seem to do it (crunch that is). I've changed my oil a few times since I bought it 2 years ago... I use the VMX80 stuff in my car too... Works a treat! As Jay said, the hardest part is pumping the oil into your gearbox... Man your arm gets tired! A lot of compliance places don't even change the gearbox/diff/brake fluids anyways, just to save a bit of cash... I know the place I took mine didn't. You'll be surprised how much of a difference an gearbox oil change can make! matt
  6. See that's the thing... It's all about looking stock. My car looks stock too (minus the exhaust). Wouldn't mind lining up against a couple of skylines to see how I fair... matt
  7. Re: the exhaust parts... The dump pipe should bolt up no problems... I'm not too sure about the front pipe tho, I doubt it. I don't need the dump and front pipe any more... The price of the turbo was 1300, but I thought I'd throw the dump and front in for a bit of a bonus. matt
  8. Straight bolt on... You can use the dump too, but I don't know about the front pipe... All the oil lines etc, are exactly the same... Only mod you need to do is remove the restrictor from the banjo bolt on the oil feed/return line to the turbo. matt
  9. Prank, it's off the car now So she's available. matt
  10. I'm just pulling off the turbo off my R33 GTS25-t (and moving to something slightly bigger ) I'm also including the 3" Dump pipe and 3" front pipe back to the cat as well in the offer. On my R33 GTS25-t, it made 206rwkw @ 14psi... Not too much more laggy than the original vg30, and is a straight bolt up (i put it in myself)... There's a fair bit more in it with some additional tuning, I know of other people who have made 220rwkw with the same turbo. I'm looking at offers of about 1300 for the lot... I paid well over 2k for the 3" dump, front pipe, turbo and high-flow... Let me know if you might be interested?
  11. Great! I'll make a post when she's off the car matt
  12. At the least, it'll be about a month away... matt
  13. Guys, BTW - I realise this is a bit off topic, but it's not actually a for sale, just a gauge of interest Apologies if I've stepped on any toes... I'm just gauging interest here... I'm potentially going to be upgrading my turbo in a few months, and am curious to see if anyone would be interested in it... On my R33 GTS25-t, it made 206rwkw @ 14psi... Not too much more laggy than the original vg30, and is a straight bolt up (i put it in myself)... I'm looking at offers of about 1300 for the lot... I paid well over 2k for the 3" dump, front pipe, turbo and high-flow... Let me know if you might be interested? Cheers, matt
  14. Nahh - it's just the fronts... The rotors I'm not too sure about the thickness.. I think it's about 2mil over min thickness? The pads are about 6 months old, and the cars been off the road for the last two... So they're in good nick... Re: conversion - I'm not too sure... The rotors are 5 stud, so I imagine you'd either need to get new rotors for it, or have them re-drilled? matt
  15. R33 GTS25-t Calipers/Rotors/Pads for sale I've got a set of front R33 Sumitomo 4 piston Calipers, with slotted discs, and a set of bendix ultimates for sale.... Looking for offers over 700 for the set. matt
