BamBam
A. It was the way it was said "if its not a GTR dont bother" ..... obviously on a Skylines site thats going to rub a few people up the wrong way
B. The information posted wasnt relevant to the cars he had chosen ...... i mean i could post up the specs to Toyota Echos, Holden Astras and all that but its no use to the poor guy because its not what he wants!
C. Dan quite often stirs shit in threads bashing skylines ..... this is not the first time ... he knows it gets everyones back up - yet he still acts surprised and hurt when it does. Its not constructive and its not helpful - its just shit stirring for the sake of it.
*sigh* here we go
Numerous 1 point fines
Numerous 2 point fines
3 point fine for driving without undue care and attention (i rear ended a poor lady - she was turning in an obsecure place on a double white line tho)
recently 4 point for doing 84km/hr in a 50zone ..... bye bye licence.
Recently another 1 point fine.

i think its time to be a pyschopath
oh do da dai.
Yes but he didnt ask about the WRX therefore its not relevant to the thread. Im sure like all of us do when considering cars that we narrow it down to what suits us .... which he's done.
Besides a lot of us find RWD is a lot more fun
Newer GTST
Series one will be coming up to rebuild time!
Otherwise if your not sure about both of them - why not wait for a little bit til you see something you fall in love with.
i was there ...... ummm truck it otherwise be prepared to replace a few roo dents when you get over here. There are kangas everywhere! Dont drive over with people with a lot of bodily gas ..... and be prepared not to shower for a couple of days.
Theres my wisdom
ahhh Geoff knows my story but here goes:
Engine/Car:
1993 R33 Skyline RB25DET GTST (around 135,000kms)
Type of failure:
Destroyed 3 pistons
Factors influencing the failure:
Upping boost levels with a Shagged Fuel Pump
Then taking car down to drags - car started to blow black smoke and knock and just sound very sick but still able to limp it around. Compression test showed number 6 was bad.
Limping car around while saving for new engine ..... i decided to take on a Silvia .... R.I.P to my engine .... 3 pistons.
Basically Leadfoot Female driver leaded the RB25 to its final grave.
State of tune of the engine:
Mild .... just upped boost and at that stage a recently installed 3inch zorst.
Suspension and tyres:
17 inch Kumho Supras .... nothing special suspension wise .... lowered onto the bones of its bum.
Oil used and service interval:
every 6 months ..... Redline Oil
General comments:
Oopps!
Now rebuilt with Arias Forged pistons ...... im seriously now broke.
i have to work ..... i work at WA Turf Club (Perth Racing) .... we have the second biggest melbourne cup to melbourne - expect 20,000+ people on coarse today.
Go Makybe Dive - i picked her last year
Fane: "After ive done the Cams the car will be finished and we can save for a holiday"
Translation: "After the cams, new turbos, new engine, new rims, new tyres, new FMIC etc .... then maybe in the year 2007 we might go on a holiday"
Subways crap thats no secret - reason why jarrod lost so much weight eating it is probably cos he got food poisoning off it. One subway i went to had flies sitting on all the meats etc - didnt eat it after that!
Bad news Duncan
Well i was gonig to take the risk and just get Third
party - my parents tho insisted i get Fully Comp .... but i just couldnt afford what some of insurance companies were asking .... a friend gave me a number of this broker who got me Fully Comp for $1.3K which isnt too bad. Was lucky i did eventually listen to my folks tho because 2 months later i ran up the back of a lady
