ahhhh so you have one boost? cos i was trying to find out who has them in perth so i could ask what they think One gets order for my car today .... i just wanted to check cos im someone tht would rather spend the extra money and have no hassles instead of buying something cheap and nasty and then spend the rest of my life trying to repair it ...... but since everyone says that they are very similar and noones had any hassles then i dont mind putting one on my car

yeah Steve is my tuner and yes they have done a Wolf with an Auto R33.

paul fill out form for me to get it in on time cos i dont have form and times running out - plus you know basically all the particulars better than me anyway.

im only running an SAFC II ...... if i do upgrade the computer it will be a Wolf .... but the car simply doesnt need it. Ran in engine today ..... drove 1000kms on 3psi haha .... so we are going to do another compression test tomorrow to make sure its all ok .... order the FMIC and wind up the boost Should make around 270 - 280rwhp (Sorry us in perth only count in rwhp not kw's) without the hiflowed turbo ..... which should hopefully be on about a month later. I'll keep everyone posted. What are you doing PaulR33? Yes rebuild was expensive ... well it was a bit cheaper for me cos ive got contacts ..... bank funded it .... going to spend 3 years paying it off *sob*

yeah it was a tough call but i decided just to go with the cheapy ...... paul said he'll try and get me a geniune hybrid first but theres only like two left in perth cos they are stopping bringing them in for the cheapies. He's assured me its all the same apart from the tanks are different.

no he talks it 24/7 even to me ..... i know whats happening with everyones cars down to the last bolt. Good intentions or not its still my car and he didnt ask ..... it being not properly insured at the moment is also part of the reason why im so angry. Depends on budget i was hoping to run the aftermarket turbo for drag combat .... but i want to do the FMIC before turbo ... one of the two will be definately in my car before combat. Last time i went to drags i blew the car up so lets hope i have a bit more luck this time!!

we are about to push the limits of my auto trans so when it brakes i'll let you guys know. yeah its correct that auto ecu's do not respond well to increased boost ..... an EBC was the first thing i did .... the we had all kind of fuel problems .... which took new fuel pump, safc II and a new o2 sensor to smooth out ...... but it was too late one of the injectors leaned out and an engine rebuild was in order. Now all my ratios are pretty much spot on. Mine did 246rwhp before the engine died ..... thats with 3inch catback zorst, SAFC II, Blitz S spec EBC, bigger fuel pump and airpod. Now its coming back with forged pistons (which im running engine in today), FMIC and hopefully a new hi-flow turbo depending on the budget and i guess new auto trans cooler is in order too cos they expect it to reach 350rwhp which is being estimated as about breaking limit for trans. Heard new auto trans are only $200 tho cos nobody wants them Anyway thats my little expermient .... good to see more people modding the autos ..... go kick some manual butt at the drags

yes i know you probably saw the car last night .... paul took it without my permission and is not my favourite person for it - but thats a different story. Thanks for your advice i was thinking the same thing might spend a bit more for a GTR cooler and then save a bit more for the turbo ..... its just i wanted everyting done for drag combat thats why im in such a rush and considering the el cheapo option. I do know that im going to need a trans cooler ...... going to have to do a bit of research tho cos i dont know much about them. By the time im finished tho should have the top hp for R33 Auto in perth hopefully.

i have no problem getting the actual unit ..... the question is do i want it? i want to know who has it in there cars and do they perform the same - its for a 350rwhp car. As for getting it supplied and piping made up etc etc etc im all organised i just have queries about the quality.

yeah good luck haha i know how she feels would like the R33 to sound meaner - at the moment it sounds like "One hand clapping" but performance wise the zorst does the job so i shant complain Good luck i hope she gets the sound she is looking for.

My dad got a exhaust upgrade for his clubsport and although it gave it a deeper sound there wasnt a huge change in the loudness ...... and no change in the performance as my mums car which is exactly the same with stock exhaust still kicks his ass ...... so when he recently ordered his new VY Clubsports he decided the upgraded exhaust wasnt worth it. Just food for thought.

The chinese knock-off version of Hybrids .... whats everyones opinion of those? I remember reading something not to flattering about them somewhere cant remember and now BF wants to put on in car and im a little cautious ...... budget is a bit tight due to engine rebuild ..... so are they cheap and nasty or worthwhile?

haha they're "spy" cars S13 Angel ..... they also have a Rav4 too .... i organised the pre-delivery for both those cars .... it ws funny cos they didnt want to give us a date when they would pick them up .... the cars sat there for about 2 months then just one morning gone! LOL weirdos they aint the secret service!

yeah a lot of the cars are pulling high horsepower and are highly modded which Rebecca said she didnt want. Cam's is so high because of his deafening stereo system. The fact of the matter is if you spend a whole heap on mods you aint going to get the money back .... you would recoup the money better if you returned car to stock and sold mods seperately .... which is what i plan to do if i ever sell my car.
