Where u at might be able 2 do yours with mine? Yeah in the same boat & yeah not F%$#*&^% happy.(Not with U Angus) For a reputible company they have issues in the balancing dept.(or they thought stitch those Ausies up) Tested mine & have the same problem vib starts at 90klm/h & by 120klm/h decided enough was enough this needs a rebalance FFS. Have emailed James to let him know of my problem,but with them so far away wtf can he really do.Maybe cost me $60 for a balance but in the end be satisfied & no vibration.Be more than $60 to send it back to the GREAT USA to get balanced when i can do it here for F^$# all. And again not having a shot a u Angus ,in no way is this your fault.

hi again all, i have had experience in building & balancing driveshafts from modified trucks to cars & when i received mine was dissapointed with the balance weight & the way that had been attached(photo to come) it was for that reason that i havent yet installed the shaft until i have personally balanced it at my former work.I will be removing there weight after intial balance & weld on some purpose made weights not a peice of sheet cut out & rounded to suite the shaft. Also with a steel shaft if u go about the preparation thourougly u rarely need to use weights,& if any not of the size i have on my shaft. OK thats my rant ,going to get pic of balance weight.

TIG will give u a nicer weld-presentation wise,& depending on the operator probably more penetration. Mig is quick & easy but doesnt look as good as TIG. & yes dont use gasless on your car it looks shitty no matter how good u r at welding.

are the cv boots cracked in any way? sounds like u have a cv problem maybe.

Shaft lenght flage to flange 1020mm Carbon section length 735mm also the other number MW 35AW 35 40.71 That 40.71 might be the lenght in inches? gtr13 look for the cutomer copy (bottom left of page)it should have the Serial number printed on this page.

yeah mine is incorrect. How about posting details if they are incorrect? Part number on invoice versus part number on shaft? Quoted no 0708047 Received no 0708044

wat sort of boost controller u running?might be shorting out when it trys to cycle. Is it a standard fuel pump?Have heard of aftermarket pumps causing trouble if not installed correctly.

have u pulled the plugs & checked if any have started to foul? the rev limit hasnt been set extremely low has it? the reason for it revving in neutral i would say would be the fact that its not under any load.
