yep you would have to take the whole parcel tray which would include the covers itself. its attached by clips which you would have to push out from the trunk to gain access to the round rear speakers. you dont have to take out the rear seats (which is very hard to do)

guys what temp reading does ur ceffy have on a hot n humid day? coz mine is a little past halfway (with the airconditioning on) when its traffic...is this normal? just wanted to know if theres something wrong with my cooling system.

yeah...it sucks alright,(by the way thats not my engine...) just gonna use the block and gonna place in a rb20det head etc...kinda like a hybrid.. well see how it turns out..

thanks for ur replies guys, well so it seems a little backfiring wont hurt at all...also would like to ask if i take out the stock resonator (the one located before reaching the rear differential), would this free up air flow exhaust restrictions too? or would it just make it sound louder? coz saw on this pic (see link below) on cardomain.com , this guy took the resonator out and did a straight pipe all the way to the muffler..(oh by d way the driver of this ceffy's wasnt hurt) http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_image...9/672846_57.jpg

guys i took out the restrictive muffler and put in an aftermarket free flow muffler, and i everything seems ok except that when i rev it and release the gas pedal it backfires! (or gives a popping sound at the exhaust).. is this bad for the engine? or would this affect performance or the engine? thanks..more power!

i get a ticking sound on the distributor when i just start the car in the morning, and goes away when the engine has warmed up..this started when i added fully synthetic oil on the engine. .would this have to do anything with it?

hi guys just want to ask ...what speaker size would fit on the front doors of the a31 cefiro? would a 6x9 oval 3-way speaker fit in there? ...also any tips on removing the door panel? thanks...sorry coz im quite new to this car..

thanks guys... im kinda new with this car coz actually i just purchased this car over a week ago, Sold my mitsubishi lancer for it ... the only difference i think is that its got a longer stroke than a rb20e, and that its carburated...(hehehe), compared with what most of u guys have i'd say this engine's sux... since i dnt have the money for an engine swap yet...i think id go for the basic intake~exhaust~headers upgrade first... by the way guys your website's the best!! more power to you!

i have a 1989 nissan cefiro GTS-R (a31) with a RB24S carburated type engine, i was wondering how much HP this engine has? im not sure if i could compare it to the rb20 engine as it has a 2 litre block and mine's 2.4L., rather it looks very much the same as the rb20. ive searched the internet but not much info about this...maybe you guys can help...thanks
