Did you cruise down Spit on Sunday arvo? with a female companion? My GTR was under Mooloolaba Fisheries and we were on the deck eating prawns My nephew saw your car I think (he's 9). "Sick" were his words and he said "that Supra owner trying to copy your GTR colour" I cracked up :lol: May have been you but I don't think it had white wheels?

Hey I work in Mooloolaba so the cars always there Plates TOY 033 Haven't seen u around however will definately look out for fellow GTR owners Make sure you come along on the 5th March, should be a good day to meet a few locals. Scott Wave madly if ya see me as I sometimes go into my own little world when driving my GTR. If I don't see you then you just look like a crazy loon waving ya arms about :lol:

NICE! 355kw NICER. Definately now have to organise a GTR cruise for North Bne/Sunshine Coast cruise B) Seems to be more and more nice/modified 32 and 33's around with decent power and street registered! Keep up the good work and hope to catch up on the cruise!

My 2 cents are NAME 'Cool Kids Cruise' - Us 32 33 34 GTR owners can cruise and maybe allow other skylines to follow behind (at a distance), as to not detract from the GTR PRESENCE 5th March sounds great. Gives people chance to organise their stuff. Meet Morayfield BP cruise to Mooloolaba then up the coastal strip through Coolum up to Noosa?

I'm up for a GTR cruise maybe up to the Sunny coast if you guys are north brissy + I don't have to drive home :lol: You might even b able to show us some custom carbon bits you have done - ewe ewe you might even be able to claim a tax deduction for the cruise as you are on a "sales meeting"

Here I thought I had the rarer of the factory colours being purple Bloody poping up everywhere! Love the wheels on the purple car, had considered then thought about dark car [wash twice a week] + white wheels [wash every morning] = Your a gtr virgin, i bet you still have a grin when you go to sleep at night

85URK - Yup! got a R34 Nur Spec GTR and was racing it last night then reality got me and slapped me in the face when the alarm went off in the morning (Wet dreams change when you get old ie 28 :lol: ) Col - GTR bday present will be a nice makeover of the engine bay due very soon as it has been beaten with the ugly stick before she became mine. Jas - Thanks mate hope the new car is keeping you busy with lots of mod ideas Insomniac - Flamage for some reason isn't as impressive any more ( no more 1m+ flames) however I've got more power and only a little flame?? so I'm not really concerned. Edit - just saw the intercooler, oil cooler and little gadget on the dash so maybe it has already been started B)

Think I will do things along the lines of what you said to do Mushroom - What person did you get your plenum polished at and was he local? Melv - There's a few nismo goodies under there good for about 300kw at the paws Purple was my first thought however the Mines R34 GTR rocker cover paint job is growing on me. Have a look in HPI, I think its the most recent one with the new GTR on the cover. Mushroom - Hot! Did you polish yourself or did you get some one to sweat for you? What aftermarket plenum do you have? Might have to pop around for a look for ideas Col - Had exactly the same car as you previous to the GTR great car and even though it had half the power, I still miss the driving sideways at every possible opportunity Can't beat a 500hp GTR but!! (maybe a 600hp GTR or 700hp or 800hp......*starting to drool and wallet is having heart attack*) Thanks guys keep the ideas comin B)

Hey guys have finished the first stage of the engine Bay tidy up! Have post some before and after pics Have finished tidying up the exterior of my Purple R33 GTR and now to the engine bay! The car was only recently imported and the *lovely* previous japanese owner spent thousands on quality upgrades for this GTR and then had the bright idea of painting the rocker covers baby blue I throw it out there to my fellow skyline enthusiasts of some options I have to make it look better than what it is now (isnt going to be hard) Here are some of my thoughts (1) paint rocker covers same colour of car (purple) or R34 red or a grey hammertone look as I saw on the white Mines R34 GTR? (2) polish the plenum and other bit that has "twin turbo" written on it I don't want a show car just want the thing to look a little better than baby blue which looks like it has been applied with a spray can Any comments or photos of other engine bays that look hot will be appreciated, or if anyone knows of any good metal polishers can they let me know.
