Hey all, looking for... the drivers side corner of an r32 gts-t front bumper basically i'm after the mounting corner at the top of the wheel arch on the drivers side. dont need the rest of the bar but if in adelaide ill take the whole lot off your hands. would need to be an damaged bar as i don't want to mutilate a perfectly good one. a chunk the size of an A4 piece of paper from that corner would do fine. cheers prosman

he wouldnt wanna part it out coz of the hassle of doing it before he goes overseas. a new engine is a possibility tho, if he can be bothered lol. anyone know how much labour is involved in replacing an engine?

hey all, ive got a mate whos planning on going overseas for a while. he owns a '89 r32 gts-t and is looking to get rid of it. problem is the engine is gone, spun a bearing he thinks but it warrants a new engine from what ive heard, just curious on how much it would be worth if he tried to sell it as is. its a nice straight car, stock other than a pod/exhaust and a mechanical lsd. also an alarm + nice sound system too. the kind you see going for around the 10k mark with a working engine. ive searched the 'for sale' forums for him but all the shells there are missing a fair few parts or theyre not registrable. looking for an approximate of how much its worth atm all input greatly appreciated! prosman

Hey all, just been doing a bit of research on r34 gt-t exhausts and have only found a couple of systems with an oval rear muffler - Kakimoto R - Nismo - Factory Nismo Muffler (equipped with the adjustable flow valve) are there any other brands out there? more importantly does anyone have any pics of the rear of their car with either of the aftermarket exhausts? could ya post up your pics of your oval mufflers and the type of exhaust?? cheers prosman

hey, im having the same problem with the lights on my 32 altho i think i know what it is. its the internals of the knob switch that are not triggering the lights to come on. try jiggling the knob a little and see if they both turn on, it works for me. someday ill get round to getting it looked at, its just the terminals inside the switch arent always making contact when u turn the knob. cheers prosman ps. what he said ^^

hey all, ive currently got both the turbo and exhaust manifold heat shields off of my rb20 and i thought i might as well paint them as they're definitely looking worse for wear. obviously id need to get very heat resistant paint but im curious on how i'd go about doing it. would i need to sand and/or prime the metal before painting? probably gonna go for a matte grey or silver look, adding a bit of bling to my engine bay also, would the rocker covers require special heat resistant paint or are most paints fine for those temperatures? cheers all! prosman

Hey guys, the other weekend i was on the freeway n popped a coolant hose. unfortunately my temp gauge didnt spike so i was dry before i pulled over n the engine overheated pretty bad. after replacing the hose theres oil in the coolant and vice versa. hopefully it's only the head gasket but i might have warped the head too. the question is, can anybody recommend a good place to get this checked out? any advice for this skyline enthusiast who might have just written off his engine? cheers all, Prosman

hey all, ive been lucky enough to stumble across someone whos uploaded the episodes of speedweek featuring this years drift australia series. however he has not uploaded round 5 at oran park. previously his releases were 1-2 days after the telecast but its been a few weeks now and nothing im rele looking to complete the collection as i love the DA series. has anyone seen a torrent for this?? (the previous torrents are on demonoid.com) the dude who uploaded the movies goes by the nickname bark0de and could be a SAU member for all i know cheers y'all prosman p.s. not sure if this is the right section... but it does involves motorsport

great tutorial, helped me immensely in cleaning my aac valve on my r32 gts-t. two things i have noticed though, on my car you had to disconnect the TPS rather than the brown plug on the AAC valve to adjust the AAC idle as you would on an r33. secondly, did anyone else find it ridiculously hard to screw in the idle screw while adjusting the AAC valve idle? i dunno why but i got it down to about 900rpm and its pretty much stopped moving. anyways thanks again dude great writeup!

Is the r33 turbo rele ball bearing? i dunno why but i thought it wouldnt be, plus i think ive heard otherwise at some stage or another, just looking to clarify

Hi all, im looking for a R32 type-m aero frontbar in adelaide asap. preferably in red but any colour should work. i've got one atm but its black the mounting hole on the wheel arch has broken off preventing proper fitting. cheers andrew
