Well my 2c to add to your stats: I live across the road from a court and in the last year of living here I have seen ONE 33 p-plater doing a burnout, ONE r31 p plater that does fishtails around the area, whether theres cars coming or not.. (dickhead).. and COUNTLESS commodores doing burnouts at all hours of the night when we need to get up in the morning, racing up the street at 80+ k/hr, driving in the middle of the road around the bends and such things. You know I wouldn't give a rats arse if it was an industrial area but I have a young daughter and a very stupid cat and this is a f'ing residential street and there are a billion industrial and undeveloped estates within 5mins from here. Also you're not alone at the Brisso raceway, I've watched a few of the drift meets at Calder Park and the biggest wankers there were driving commodores (3 in a row one night), apparently not too worried about smashing into the modified r34's in front of them and just about hitting the wall every turn. I think the difference in attitude to some degree is that is costs a f'load to fix a skyline, it's more in insurance excess and subsequent reinsuring and if its a cheap part, it's usually hard to come by (do you have any idea how hard it is to even find gazelle parts??), whereas commodores are a dime a dozen so wtf should they care? It used to cost me $340 a year to comp insure my old shitty falcon when I was merely 20. And I used to fly over train tracks and not give a shit about a few scratches on the car from overhanging branches etc etc and now I go about 5k over the tracks and lose it everytime some prick scratches my car at the shops. It's all about respect and pride in your car and the *majority* of commodore owners are just driving one til they can get something else.

Yep STILL waiting for a whole ONE apexi power intake panel filter that I paid for on the 3rd December. Should have just gone to Autobarn and gotten a friggin oiled K & N filter instead or found somewhere that sold the apexi one locally (was trying to keep the car somewhat legal). The updated delivery date was last week. Still not f'ing here, was supposed to be a christmas present and should have been here before the 25th easily. It's only a $60 part but thats beside the point, I paid for an item promptly and it's taken over 2 months now. Ridiculous.

Thats probably partly because alot of them are using their own cars these days to stay hidden in traffic. Anyway I drove past a commodore with the same decal on Plenty Rd Bundoora northbound, hidden behind trees a couple of days ago and I was like HUH.. looks like a friggin bridgestone decal on the side? That pic makes the logo alot more visible.. looks pretty gheye like the FnF 33! Maybe they'll start putting up shopping lists as well..

They don't usually issue another notice in the mail until the payment date has passed, and then they'll send you a reminder notice with a late fee added. Of course you can ring civic compliance at any time and ask them to send you a reprint and/or extension to pay. You can also ask about withdrawing a court application with no hassles. Also just fyi, they don't allow installment payments, however if you use bpay you can pay in $10/20 amounts and they just send you a letter saying they don't accept part payment, please pay the rest of the money.. and you end up getting another 10-14 days to pay from the date of the letter. It's easy to drag out a fine for 3-6months. Unless they changed it sometime last year anyway. I just recently worked out that ANZ takes part bpay payments for rego too And the funny thing with that, is I got a letter saying if I don't pay the rest within 28 days my rego *will* be suspended as per section of blah law. Even though it ran out in November? (cars been off road).. so does that mean my rego is valid even though I haven't paid it all!?

I think they've changed the list since I last looked at it, they used to have o/s included and different systems slightly. Asus m/bs are better than Gigabyte anyhow. I'm about 98% sure they used to have Gigabyte m/boards in their cheap systems. Anyway you can use it for a price comparison at least. Dual layer burners cost about $60 outright atm, of course d/l discs are still about $4-7 depending on quantity (single/l you can get about 50 for $25). Ram is about $50 for 512mb. Anyway this is all beside the point if he's a dodgy seller and just trying to rip people off I'd still be asking if you can pick it up in person. And I wouldn't bid over $300odd for it as for not much more you could get it from a reputable shop with a 12month warranty. Good luck!

without looking it up, that system sounds almost exactly like the 'value' premade comps they sell on msy.com.au, all generic parts and about $300ish. Anyway I'd be asking if u can pick it up in person, before bidding on it.

insu: it's 1N3K.. do you have a 2 tone colour car? Without being able to read Japanese i'd say its a two tone paint code... and the lists for those appear to be down the bottom of the attached PDF file.. 1N3 K = BNO + KH2, so half gunmetal grey and whatever BNO is (it is on the PDF file). My gazelle also has a two tone paint code. Anyway I don't know why 326 is referred to as crystal white, it's also referred to as Arctic white by paintshops? Odd That LXO is awesome
