Okay i have a set of ROH Drift R's in a 19 with tyres. They are in excellent, excellent condition with over 80% tread left on the front and probs 60-70% on the rears (just a bit worn on the inside could be fixed by rotating the tyre on the rim). They will fit all gtsts including r32 and will fit 200sx with a gaurd roll. They have one scratch which i have posted a pic of other than that they are a steal at this price as they were $4500 new.

No Oil Pressure On My 32 Gtr
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to SIRGTR32's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
oh the screws and backing plate do come loose no arguement but its a result from vibration casued by the small crank drive, not that they just come loose for some reason and this causes the oil pressure problems!!! -

No Oil Pressure On My 32 Gtr
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to SIRGTR32's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
im sick of hearing that its loose backing plate screws that cause the oil pump problems ITS NOT, i've heard it 8 times this week!!! Its the undersized crank drive on r32 that is the cause. The drive is not wide enough it causes vibrations which wear down the internal gears of the pump(fluctuating oil pressures) and AS A RESULT cause the screws to vibrate loose. Everyone with a r32 should invest in a $240 collett from jun to save them a rebuild!!!! -
so the PFC feels better just on the base map? geez it will feel awesome when you get it tuned Joel. Keep us posted on before and afters!!!!

if you search back through this thread and find my name you will see it discussed numerous times. You need an adapter plate, you need an external pickup and you need to slightly mod the driveshaft side of the sump and change from studs to bolts.... PM if you are serious and ill give the rest of the details....

GTR Oil Pumps - Loose Backing Plate
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to Mrshy32's topic in Australian Capital Territory
its not the loose screws that are the problem its what causes them to come loose the r32 crank drive is to small and vibrates the pump smashing the gears and as a result makes the backing plate loose!!!! -
I was at the street drags last night at sydney making the trip up from Canberra with a few boys and i saw a GTR with the plate 400R do a 10.9, does anyone know what is done to this GTR enginbe wise, and if anyone knows the guy wish him congrats that a good effort in a full weight GTR.

i have the blow off valve set as plum back the problem being the type R only vents or really opens fully about 12-14psi below that i still have the compressor reversion... i will look into these hks units but granted i am chasing big power i dont have an endless financial stream that extends to q45 afms as i have checked and they are around $1100 each new. Previously i had twin rb25 units and i believe i will be pushing them to there limits at around 400rwkw i know i could upgrade to z32 units but again i still have the expense, and the risk of reversion. Another reason i didnt mind going to the map is due to the fact the car wont be driven on the road often and wont encounter the various climatic and load changes that afms are so great at measuring. I understand the apexi drag car runs afms but after talking along time ago with an apexi engineer he mentioned they dont need to worry about the reversion due to the fact the car changes gear so quickly and the fact it is at full load and the blow off valves will always vent the excees air. He basically mentioned there isnt a problem running map as they do on there toyota engines and the reason they run the afms on the apexi gtr car is due to the fact they dont need to tune as often to climatic and altitude changes. Any thoughts???

the reason im going for that is i originally had lined up a microtech ltx12 but they where going to custom build one for me with a few extra features such as cdi and more outputs but judging on their previous form i really cant wait a year, so i want to go the PFC DJ because previously i have had some bad experience with my large single turbo and a greedy type r blow off valve of reversion back through the airflow meters.i have tested this and i was seeing voltage swings of up to 3volts in the wrong direction causing over riching issues in between gear changes at medium throttle when the blow off valve was only slightly opening. I believe that running a map sensored computer will eliminate all my reversion problems that why i have choosen it.

so if i talk to nengun can i just ask for the power d-jetro when ordering a pfc .... and can it be tuned through the hc or does it only interface with a computer. SK are you saying you cant see why the croydon software wouldnt work???? I have talked with datalogic and they believe there software will support the d-jetro but i dont really want to buy the computer then fork out $550 for the software if i can do it through the hand controller!!!
-
Ive searched and searched and i cant find any info on the stats on, or where to by the d-jetro. I would prefere to buy it in aus and also from someone with the software for it ,any help is appreciated.

whats better for a dry wash??
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to paully_tee's topic in General Maintenance
use meguiares final inspection and a rag and then the micro fibre cloth and it doesnt matter if there is mudon that thing it wont sratch its the best stuff for dry wash.... -
well keep the car you have and use the na 25 head on a rb30 bottom end, its the best option and will work out the cheapest and most near facory in feel, function, and ease of conversion, even if you get a rb30 then buy a rb26 head assemble it all out the car then drop it in cause no matter which way you go you will need a computer and serious rewiring for things like mafs or maps an co2 sensors ect, that will still be cheaper than a sh.tty rb26 front cut loom and computer. Personally the gts isnt a very good base to start making a seriously "worked" car out of....
