try EVO, Skylines Performance, or go to Sydney and go down Parra rd. A GTS will give you a feeling of all the dimensions just not the performance
-
Yeah silver its da same as 145, but gumby make sure you get a narrow chassis one cause they are hard enough to get in there let alone getting the big one (which is what i did=d'oh)

How much power out of these mods?
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to Ethan_R32's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
HJB can you provide some specs on your car, im running a HKS single t45s with a 76 comp wheel out of a t51 SPL and i have 310kw at all 4 at 17psi, what sort of boost you runnin, also when does your turbo ramp up, or kick in ??? Are you internals stock, im hoping to see 500 rwhp soon-bout 360rwkw on stock internals i think it can do it, any comments or suggestions?? -
Dude get it checked first that you cant fix it, lots of ppl dont but in some cases especially if the car was running or the power was still to the ecu it clow a cap or resistor or even a fuse. I couldnt tell you who to check it but thats what id be doin!! Bad luck

That is hot!!!!! Those rims i think are Veilside ones, i think they look awesome. Im not sure if this is the one but a GTR in NSW has Nismo RSR-581's which would look like the set up he has there but then again his could be hks2530's!! Farkin awesome car none the less n i dont think its too overpriced when compared to a good untouched one, thanks for the pics BY BY

i find the BP one is quite good so is the mobile 8000, optimax is my least favorite cause i know how they make it and that it isnt a true 98 RON fuel:( But its still better that ULP:D Avgas with toulene in it goes really good but thats only on special ocassions:uh-huh:

R32 GTR questions
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to Ethan_R32's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
flat 8sec 1/8 mile is around 12-12.3 however dont be discouraged if it runs slower as you are only just starting on third gear over the 1/8 in a gtr, which hinders you as the skyline has alot more top end then people realise!! the fastest gears in a skyline releative to the gearing ect.. ect.. are 3rd and 4th. i would not be suprised to see a gtr run a 8.5 1/8 mile then do a low 12 high 11 1/4. -
What's going on with the 4WD system?
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to blind_elk's topic in General Maintenance
Take it to an auto electrician and get your alternator checked out for voltage the atessa and hicas are very very sensitve to voltage, and can do strange things if the vltage is surged or is too low. This is just what it could be could be other things as well -
didnt know they made n1 gtst's, thus the rb25det, i thought they made n1's in the GTR's ie. rb26dett.. im pretty sure of this but hey i could be wrong just ive never heard of it!!

where to get a vented bonnet?
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to nizmokid's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
To reply to nissaner the reason they are as heavy as GTR bonnets is becuase people want them in a highly gloss finish, i cant state enough how this fact almost throws out the principle of carbon fibre as a weight saving device especially when bonnets are usually 2 layers of carbon too stop flex then glass undersides that are shinny as well, a raw carbon bonnet in two layers with no underside could weigh as little as 4kg if done right!! But in sayin this it looks ungly and when your getting bonnets to replace r33 gtst bonnets then a the carbon ones they sell are still heaps lighter than the factory steel ones, plus they look h.orn!!! -
Inside Plastic Wheel Arch Guard.
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to ex-static's topic in Wanted to Buy
They are actually important in stopping rocks flicking off your tyres and denting the inside of your gaurds which is what has happened to me from not having them!! -
these cars are usually special orders from big dealers and are painted in the factory this colour there are usually only 4-5 of any given colour. Also i know in America the dealers can buy the cars all together but primered then the dealers get them sprayed usually to use as a demo car, dont know if they do that in japan, but i have seen some blue ones similar to this-:uh-huh: marked at auction as factory special paint

R34GTT Vs R32GTR
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to AndyMac's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Go the r32 gtr. Peak like someone said earlier you do need to drive each car and find what suits you, eg. love the r33gtr looks wise but its such a daily driver no where near as much of a race car as the r32 or r34, what im getting at is there are alot of differences even though they are all badged "skyline"!!! Oh just to add something alot of you may be disregarding in this price range, the s15 silvia second hand are readily available for 35g so is the rx7 both absolutetly superb chassis'.:uh-huh: -
How windy was it today, i had the misfortune of the skip bin outside work take off and run into the front of the gtst, majorly p_ssd but what can you do it was lucky it got wedged between the r33 and a falcon ute as it stopped it from running down the whole side of the car as well as down the hill and into other cars at speed.

Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to Fitzpatrick Speed Works's topic in Wanted to Buy
GTS would do but if someone had gtr panels at the right price id be very keen, im in Canberra dude but will up your way in January which is when im now keen to buy anyway let me know! What do you have on offer!! -
r32 rear quarters
Fitzpatrick Speed Works replied to Fitzpatrick Speed Works's topic in Wanted to Buy
can u still get them say aroun january cause iv already blown the money for them but i will still nedd them so ill keep in touch. Nah all steel is the way to go and its atually easier and far less time consuming if you know what you are doin, plus the arch diameter on a r32 and silvia are nearly the same!! also glass is dead wieght at least steel is real!! -
i will be there too if my car is back together and all workiing what time does the day start at goulburn???
