I guy i know in japan has one rekons they really go good!!! Plus an importer confirmed that they are real as he showed me one he was bidding on and it had the engine and chassis numbers on the sheet and they said rb25det!!

It used to act as a boost gauge and i could adjust the boost then set it and it would go back, now it comes up with P1 or P2 then sometimes AE then when i change the boost it wont set it it just flashes the boost, whats goin on with it!! I knwo theres 4 swithches on the back have i hit one of these??? Please help:confused:
  7. Anyone catch the Canberra times article on sun. What a load of shit, they basically used the obvious steriotypes got one dichkhead to admit and talk shit about how fast he goes and generalized over the whole lot of the car scene. It felt as though the car scene was just used to promote the dragstrip which im all for just not in this way. Oh and that reporter wouldnt know the different between tyre and a wheel she had no clue. Just my thoughts what did the rest of you think?? The only consilation i got out of the article was at least the cops arent o us as much as they are in Sydney or Melbourne but its still shit!
  8. Is that on r33 or on the r32, cause it would definately be shit loads better than the stock system if it was on a r33 they are pretty loose:(
  9. MAn thats good news!! Not sleep tonight i wouldnt have been sleepin since i knew i was gettin a r34 GTR:jump: :jump: :jump: :jump:
  10. Its not that bad its just you live in north cooma hahaha! Yeah it might be far but its better than sydney:uh-huh:
  11. A new place has just opened in Mitchell on Hoskins st called Skyline Performance, Joe the guy who runs it is a top bloke and his mechanic is pretty clueing on all things high tech and a bit of a Skyline master. I dont know the guys that well yet but already Joe has tracked me down a few parts at good prices. I was in there the other day and they had 3 silvia's one sileighty that they are fitting a serious sr20 too, a r32 GTR, and 3 r33's. I think we should try to support Joe as he wants his business to be all about skylines, at least give him a go he seems like a good bloke to me!!
  12. How many of us do we need to form our own chapter id say ten would be enough to start dont you?? Im willing to do one of the jobs such as treasurer. Is there an official club in aus yet!!
  13. Oh that price is on 265/35/18 so id think yours would be even cheaper:D
  14. Falkens are good but i find they wear out fast, the falkens on the front of mine are hell grippy but i need to replace them and at $505 a tyre you could have guessed im not using them again. I just put Kumo's on the back, they arent as good in the dry but they are the best wet tyre ive ever come across and i used to have the specific wet tyre off falken. Plus they were only 285 each bargain!!:uh-huh:
  15. Cheapest option is a good cold air feed and good filter not necessarily a pod either!! Then a good exhaust system, proper tuned length extracters to if you can afford them. Then id say a computer, then cams and head work then individual throttle body injection, then crack the motor start reworking things, stoked bored, cross drilled crank, knife edging the list goes on.... Too look good just put on some nice biggest you can get wheels and lower it that should do any car some justice
  16. avgas can be run as a normal fuel, there arent alot of advantages except u may be able to run a little more boost. The c16 is a totally different game, as it is a very light fuel with a much higher liquid to gas exchange rate this means you need alot more to fill the combustion chamber and very quickly. Your standard fuel system will not cope you will firstly need to up the injectors so the fuel can flow faster, up the pump or at least regulate the pressure. You will also need to make drastic ignition timing changes which can not be applied to any other fuels you will need to run alot more advance as the fuel burns different to normal fuel, i can check with my dad the exaact principles behind it all as he has played around with methonol motors before. Best idea for a quick fix is avgas with 25% toulene (methylbenzyne i think, maybe??). Hope this little bit helps tell me if u need more info i can definately help you out!!
  17. ne thin for a fellow skyline lover, u just gotta keep workin on her till she gives in thats how i got her off the soarer idea onto the skyline one!!
