  1. take it to a car battery place, i didn't have a clamp for one of my old cars, they have plenty of universal solutions in stock generally & they'll check it all while you're there.
  2. ended up putting 275/35/19s on the rear, she's all sweet now bit worried about lowering it though, may need the guards rolled
  3. Yeah i could see that being a pita job, just takes time though, definitely get the genuine nissan parts from the US - saved quite a bit of money!
  4. Just replaced the window motor in my V35, was a b**ch to get it working right (wouldn't go up) - turns out i moved the window so it wouldn't move up properly haha, derr. worked perfectly now once i figured it out
  5. Look around there's some kits on the net for about 2.5k
  6. 1. those tyres will be fine, it won't affect your VDC. 2. It'll probably still scrape lol
  7. Looking around 3-4k installed i would imagine. How come you thinking air bags though?
  8. oh no not an s15, you'll get sick of it lol
  9. When i put my new 350z springs + shocks in soon, my main concern is the side skirts on the Coupe sits very low as it is with standard suspension. With these lower springs i hope i don't wedge my car on a speed hump is all lol
  10. i'll got 19x10s up front, 19x11 at the rear......i hope the camber ends up being alright lol doesn't look too bad at all in those above pics.
  11. Auto to manual? Just take it to a gearbox specialist to assess the $$ damage
  12. i might just have to buy it and see if it works
  13. Dealers should touch them Chris, they should touch them very intimately! lol Apparently you can just buy the remotes off ebay that can be coded with instructions to your V35, but you need to buy a key to cut separately IF that's true, then f**k yeah
  14. Yeah i decided against coilovers, would feel very stiff for a car like this i imagine.
  15. Awesome cheers man! that sits really nicely Did you notice much of a difference in driving it now?
  16. sonicii, please show me a pic of your car after you've put the 350z springs in I'm getting some soon myself, and would love to see how it looks before i decide to install them. Cheers!
  17. sounds like an electrical problem if the car is not registering/flashing when you press the button. If it was the actuator it would still flash but the door lock wouldn't work properly
  18. try another transmission place man, one will know what's going on with it
  19. US version meh, look for a JDM though one you should be fine with that
  20. lol but why would you downgrade from those wheels?
  21. Take it to transmission specialist, change what you need to on the gearbox. Get a transmission cooler if you haven't got one already. No need to get an entire new transmission. I've had my transmission rebuilt in my old R33 skyline after it started slipping gears, and the improvement was just excellent once done, had a shift kit/stall converter etc + a cooler on it too.
  22. I'll probably try to just go 275/35/19 on the back now, should just about do the trick i reckon!
  23. Nightcrawler, yep i was at the cruise in a silver v35 your tyre comparison is pretty much spot on really Thanks for your input guys, what other tyres could i use on the rear instead? (keeping in mind it's 11" wide lol)
  24. i wish it would show the right speed then lol, it's very noticeable driving next to other cars doing the speed limit. I've confirmed it was out by using a GPS to compare the speed. I'm thinking a larger profile on the rear may fix it? (suggestions?)
