My friend has a R33 Series one skyline and is looking to upgrade to a T28 turbo. -Is it hard to upgrade? -What is an approx power gain? -Will this require any more additional mods such as ECU, injectors etc, because he just wants to upgrade to a bigger turbo and push out about 300RWHP or more but not have to change the ecu etc... thanks for your help guys

How did you get permits for the HKS BOV? I got the HKS SSQV one, and im sure you cant plumb it back. So how did you get the permits for yours? I got told that you put a ball bearing in the vacuum hose coming off the top of any BOV when your in the pits, and it wont make any noise, so they can't get you!!!
