mate, you've had some very valid points throughout this thread, but you've just 100% lost me. So not only are we now blaming the police for well, upholding the law, but they are now at fault cause farkwits who should be shot on site, run from the police when asked to pull over and inevitably crash head on wiping out some innocent family. This is the police's fault as well is? oh and XKLABA, re point 4, my bad i meant the lock up, not jail.

Actually, take a week off. This the second time you've resulted to personal attacks, for which you have already been officially warned once. Come back and do it again and you can stay away for good. Guys, its pretty simple, leave out the personal attacks or its closed.
-
jawrgy, This the second topic about Police in which instead of having a civil conversation, you prefer to personally attack other members. As such I'm giving you an official warning. Keep it up and you can have a break from the forums.

100% agree. Simply an awesome effort Terry. A great day and ran very smooth considering the number of cars and groups. Even though some of us 32 guys got a little lost Bring on the pics!!

Come down Kev, I'm pretty sure that a couple of sponsors are bringing some 35's along.

Doesn't bathurst finish around 6ish? I think if we leave soon after the movie, we should be fine.

fark me, are you serious?? Police "enforcing" the law is now abusing their power is it? As for prioritising, please please show me where a constable who is on duty CHOOSES what offences they'll concentrate on today. If you have a problem with police concentrating on speeding, then go to your farken government! This is not a choice the police force makes. Are people seriously that farken deluded that they think what you've said above in the bold is the work of police officers? I'm honestly amazed at some of the comments on here. Get off the "Yeah bro,f**k Da Police" bandwagon for a second and think what it would be like without the police doing what they do. Actually don't think about it, if you prefer it, go live in a great, civil, safe city like Rio. Or maybe you prefer South Central LA from the mid-90's? As for why we have a procession, its because that same officer gave his life protecting the ungrateful knobs of this country. I'm under no illusions that there officers out there who abuse their power, but I also firmly believe that if you're a law obiding citizen than 99% of the time you'll never have any issues. People saying sh!t like whiy pick on pod filters when their murders to deal with really shit me to tears. YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW, by having a pod filter. ITS FARKEN SIMPLE. I got no problem with people having them, hell I've had them on most of my cars, but if i get defected for it, I'm not going to have a whinge on a forum knowing I BROKE THE LAW. Anyway, I'm done.

was a great story, except for the pic with the knob next to the car

farken oath they did, which says alot about the character of these people you so quickly dismiss as -not having any dignity -are mentally challenged -the best they could be was a cop -they fail Like i said, everyone knows there are some cops with egos, but what farken gets up my nose is people who bag the sh!t out cops, but then expect them to be there ready to help and risk their lives to help us at the drop of the hat.

^^ Sorry dude, but what a load of crap. Are some police on a power trip, sure, no-one's gonna argue that. But fark me, you go and do what they do. Its like some people on here think that all police are there for is motorist related issues. How about you go next time into a house where someone just been killed and console the family Or maybe you go and pick up a child molester from jail to take him to court the whole time knowing you would snap their neck in a hearbeat but knowing that you can't and need to be civil to them Or maybe be the first on the scene where some farkwit hero who thinks he's Schuey has just wrapped his car around a pole and killed 3 of his mates but he survived. Talking about growing up, there's a hell of a lot of people on here who need to grow the fark up.

farken loving some of the advice "trust me", she'll be sweet, just do it, you won't get caught. Are you guys for real? jawrgy, mate i would bet my house that if it ever came to it, the RTA could easily argue it was on "a" list, and so you would be in the wrong. Don't risk it as its your license on not those saying, yeah man drive it, who cares. What i would add though, is maybe some screen shots of your search on the RTA website, which takes you to the list which doesn't have the V35 on it and add a copy of that list. Then add a paragraph saying this is the search you did on their website and if you had seen the car on their list you would have never bought it in the first place, as the car is a necessity as you've said and you've got no interest in breaking the law
-
And thats a wrap! jawrgy, you might have had a bad experience in the past mate, don't know and don't really care. What i will say though is that there is absolutely no place for the attitude you've shown in this thread on SAU. I'm not saying you have to agree with everyone, but personal attacks will not be tolerated. Its pretty simple. Like it or move on.

ripstash - are you sure about the insurance thing re the car is insured so anyone can drive it? Not being a smartarse, but you would want to check the guys policy before making general statements like that. You'd probably find that most policies are the exact opposite of what you've said, that is only certain people can drive the car. Back to the OP, this has been discussed before, i think last time round, we found a Jun09 version of the list of illegale cars and the V was not on it, so if you bought it before then, check the RTA site, find the doc and print it up. If you bought it after Jun09, look for a later doc. If you do drive it, can you loose your liscence, or can they delay your full's? If yes, i would park it and catch the bus/train or as someone said, buy a shitter.

Please do a search Matty Boy. Has been discussed many times. Cheers Bobby

Thats's 2, its down to you now Kristian

^haha I think the important question here is how do we get all 3 above N1's in one spot at the same time for a nice photo shoot
-
One thing to keep in mind. Try and find one without any stitched seems running through the middle or anywhere but around the edges. Basically look for a one piece otherwise any seems will scratch the crap out of the paint any time it moves.
-
Pretty sure that FAST won't give you engine details. For what its worth, the engine registry i have says the following, which means the engine seems like the original that came with teh car. V-spec II Released: 14th February 1994 BNR32-300001 - BNR32-314649 R32 1994 July RB26-042xxx R32 1994 RB26-045xxx

another +1 for please stay away from this kind of stuff. Just think about it. You have dirt on your car, you then spray this stuff on and RUB THE DIRT off!!! Are you farken kidding me! Might as well was your car the normal way, and just run your chamois through a pile of gravel before you wipe the car down. - Same end result. If you do rinse the excess dirt off, then please explain to me what you are paying these farkers for?
