  1. All you have to do is do a search on "swoop" on this forum and you will see why the plate and the car is famous....please don't get me wrong, I don't claim to be famous in any way shape or form....I'm just another average skyline enthusiast just like the rest of us.
  2. "SWOOP" is also a word used to describe the sudden fast pace that eagles "swoop" down on it's prey...so in a way it's a good word for fast cars who can creep up on other cars quickly without notice.....but in all honesty, "SWOOP" started off as an Internet nickname for me way back in the mid 90s and I've had it ever since.
  3. Genuine offers please. I don't need to tell you how well known this plate is. Would love to see it on another GTR. PM me if you are interested. Just paid premium in Dec so still has at least 10 months to go.
  4. SWOOP is officially off the market. A six figure offer was accepted and the proud new owner would be the happiest man in Sydney until he part with the beast in the future. I'm sure he will come and introduce himself to the forum once I tell him about it. Thanks for all the serious offers. For those who didn't think 1999 V-Spec is worth more then $80k, I can only say that it's sad to see the market for R34 GTR is very inconsistent to say the least. Once someone sells a dodgie GTR for $80k, it suddenly brings down the value of all other GTRs. ALL THE BEST TO ALL THE SKYLINE ENTHUSIASTS. May the legend lives on.
  5. Back to the top....come on guys...this is an opportunity to own a piece of history....the last of the RBDETT26 Twin turbo. If you are holding out for the R35, forget it man, it will be a V8 and it won't arrive till 2007 if we're lucky.
  6. If you want to trade for SWOOP, we can make a deal...PM me if you are interested in trading up to a R34 GTR. If not, good luck with the sales.
  7. Prank, how about you? TIme for a trade up don't you think??? What colour is your GTR? Just got my car detailed by a professional car shine people and it is in showroom condition, and being black, it comes out even better...makes me want to sell it even less.
  8. Love the R34 GTR on your closing...Z-tune Nismo Carbon Fibre bonet painted to match paint job...looks sik... it need to be at $8000AUD.
  9. This is a nice GTT....think about it Erik...I'll give you what you want for your car no questions and you can trade up to my car. You know what I want for it so it's just a matter of coming up with the difference. PM Me if you come to a decision. Just imagine crusing the west coast in a GTR??? and being only 21, you'll have women all over you. hehe
  10. Good luck with all your wishes, and I do hope they all come true so yous can buy my car. I'm willing to take the following consideration for trade-ins/swap if you need to get rid of your car. - BMW 330Ci Coupe - BMW M3 - BMW X5 - Merc ML350 - Rx7 Series 8 - RX8 - R33 GTR - R34 GTT - Straight swap for any car with the value of apprx $100k
  11. worth the swap you think??? heheh...great for blossoming R34 fan
  12. Didn't this thread started with "No more post please". LOL!
  13. I have an R34 GTR and I re-badged it WRX. No one even looks at me now. haha.
  14. If you drive like your grandma, I say buy the M spec with the luxo leathers and softer ride... But if you want to push your GTR to the brink of the ATTESSA setting in, then V-Spec would suit me fine. Even better if you have the $$$, get the NUR.
  15. An M-Spec sold at Powerplay for $120k recently. Was there on consignment for about 6 months though before the right buyer came along. Worth every dollar if you have it.
  16. The white M-Spec I knew went for $120k....it's rare but not that much difference between the Vspec except the leather. The leather is nice but you are guarantee to slide if you take a corner too quick. The car won't slide though if you know how to use the ATTESSA.
  17. It is all original parts. The body kit is 100% nismo original parts and came from Japan. Had to be colour matched and painted as well.
  18. I called this guy up. It's not an N1. It's been modified using N1 parts but not a genuine N1. The colour is wild but. That alone is worth the mint. The price sometimes does not reflect the performance difference but the rarity of it. This "puple haze" colour is wild and apparently only 50 was release as limited. I wanted this colour when I got my car but they couldn't get it so I settled for black. Brand new GTRs also varied in the colours you choose. I think when it was first release, the purple was the most expensive, followed by the black, then the yellow then the blue....I think in that order.
  19. Franks, why Evo7. WHy not go for the latest, eVo VIII....i heard it rock! but will not roll. hehe
  20. Serious offer above $90k. If you think this car is not worth the price tag, come see it in person and you will see why it's worth more. Please don't make rediculous offer on this thread. PM me with serious offer please. Thank you. Here are the mods ($20k all up). - HKS FMIC - Apexi Exhaust - Ganador Carbon Fibre Mirrors - AVCR Boost Controller - DVD/TV Unit 2-DIN - Full Nismo Body Kit - 23,000km - Boomerang pager alarm system - 1999 build, 2000 compliant Latest Pics taken about a month ago.
  21. Someone in Sydney is driving around with the only GTR R34 M-Spec in Australia, white in colour...the leather seats is something to die for....with GTR R34 embroided on all 4 seats similar to the way HSV does their GTS and Clubsports.
  22. Looks like Shannon and Just Cars will do it but we are looking at close to $5k.
  23. Yes, Heath Lambert is negotiating with another underwriting to do imports again but at the moment, they don't do it. As for selling my car...black should be the only colour you should buy....make me an offer. hehe.
