    Radiation is an extra 10 Kw and it's free. I wouldn't think there would be a significant amount in any car that's in one peice to come here and cause any real damage to someone.

    ^ so you can be doing 5km/h over and they say you also did skids, impound your car, get to court they drop the skids but still get you for 5 over and you can't fight it because you were speeding? No logic in that

    Well I got charged with careless driving, failure to do a hook turn, dangerous driving and losing traction of one or more wheels. The traction charge is the only one that warrants an impound and that got dropped along with dangerous driving and only got charged with and pleaded guilty to careless and hook turn which both don't warrant my car to be impounded. And I didn't get a refund from the towing or impound.

    Only reason I want it done is cos I'm selling it, don't want anything too fancy just mainly the interior - a steam clean. I can do the outside myself. Might give the iceman a call he lives 5 mins away.

    Just want to know some good places to get your car detailed or even mobile ones that come to you, preferably western suburbs.. I've only ever been to one and it was shocking, my dog could have licked it cleaner than they left it. Any feedback is appreciated

    No point trying, already wasted enough money on a lawyer, but they had no merit to impound the car. At the time tried to get CCTV footage to prove it but when I called Melbourne council just got some unhelpful smart ass.

    Oh and they dropped the "loss of traction" charge when I went to court anyway so realistically none of it should of happened - impound and court.

    Cost me like $500 for the weekend storage fee (3 nights), and 350 towing from city to the impound yard, $500 fine, $66 court fee, $2500 for lawyer. All that from a cop makin up bullshit and reckoning he heard a wheel chirp, over tram tracks mind you.

    Politicians, the more notices handed out, the better it looks like they are solving the problems on our roads which in reality isn't the case.
