i wasnt saying it was ok i was agreeing with deluxe about people who drive their cars there that are ready for track should exspect what happens. i went to watch the last big event at lala and was done for half a cm to low, that was it nothing else and other then that my car was 100% road worthy but ive been done for 'suspected to loud' when the car wasnt even running and i also have been sent to regency because after i got my car painted i had no tyer placard. a $5 sticker ended up costing me $135 plus missing 2 days of work. there really needs to be some sort of slack and the quota's need to be canned! P plates in the window are like a homeing target for cops to a car

they made abit of sound under light braking and heavy braking and didnt cause nearly as much dust as bendix ultimates do. i was using them on r33 gtr brakes and nearly new rotors on a track hack s13 and i didnt need to change the rotors in a 1 1/2 of driving track and street. and when the car popped i ended up selling the brake setup and the guy used them for a fair while after too. so im going to say no they werent very nasty on the rotors and even when they were cold they still pulled up nice. they were worth the extra bit of coin
-
luke, do you know if your craig can get cheap rotors? might see you on the weekend anyway if you down at the workshop oh and if i could afford or at least justify me spending anymore cash on my stupid car then id go project MU HC+ again. they lasted the longest for a mix of street and track work between the 4 or 5 different break pads i used
-
i totaly agree with you about people driving their cars there ready for the track, but ive see peoples cars being defected while they were on the back of a tow truck and even inside of a tyer workshop getting new tyers and he was defected for the old ones being bold. there just not being fair to the people who are trying to do the right thing. i also found it weird that after the quota for police to defect cars went up, regency inspection fee's went up aswell
-
this defect blitz has been going on for years! its how they have been paying for all this road work and trams
-
ive used bendix street road track before and were great, good for hills and when i used to take the old s13 to the track but they cost abit too and worked alot better once they were warmed up. ive got bendix ultimate in the r32 which were abit cheaper but worked really really well in traffic and didnt take any time to warm up to make them better etc but heaps of break dust and make a gay sound when they hit the wear marker. ive also used project MU in the old s13, pretty awsome but abit to pricey for a day to day car. also worked alot better when your hammering the car around the track to warm them up.

i live way down south in another vale not ghetto morphett vale but spend half my time up north, next door to fredmen :s hahaha

i have my ways but im not going to say anything about it over the net. i dont need every 16 year old getting cheap insurence with my insureer, then writting it off and causing my insurence to go up hahaha. it helps if you have a house, 3 other cars and thousands in home contents with the same company
