Hi Guys, There was mention above of filling oil past the MAX to the BUMP. I was told by one mechanic that this reduces the change of oil surge and is ok but by another mechnic that filling past MAX on the dipstick can cause potential damage. Can I get some sort of common consensus on whether this is ok? Cheers.

Hi Guys, Has anyone out there has any experience with the above 2 tyres? Have searched the forum and nothing specific has really come up regarding these 2. Very mixed opinions. Extremely lost. Have also heard about Hankook Ventus 104's, how do these compare? I'm particularly concerned about wet weather handling. It's for a R33 GST 235//45/17 Currently on BF Goodrich G Force Sports. Not impressed at all especially in the wet. Car seems very twitchy especially in the wet or at high speeds. I've heard good things about the Federal SS595 but mainly on 4wd's. Other's bag them out as cheap tyres... which they are. Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys. Got a RYCO. Anyone know if they are superior/inferior to a genuine Nissan filter? UAS import filters from Japan. Wonder what the difference in quality is if any..

Hi Guys, Tried to get an oil filter for R33 Gtst, RB25DET and none of the parts places have listings for RYCO or others. Can anyone help? Does anyone know the part no for RYCO, Nissan or any other filter. I can't read the one on the car at the moment. Thanks!

Hey, I'm on the Northern Beaches too near Cromer. Not sure how good these places are but there's Procar (back of Cromer High School) and Tilly's (Brookvale) Have Dyno's. I think they are pretty good. Someone else here would probably know more. Joviant Performance, Magic Performance?

Anyone else got or trying to buy clear side indicators? What's the best price? Maybe we can organise a group buy as I'm sure quite a few of us would buy one. Best price that I've seen is $70 (excluding freight) for genuine Nismo on Ebay.

The sales guys at Sydney Car Sales (used to be at big roundabout near the Fisho's club Manly) were real dodgy. I asked if one of their R32's had been used for drifting? (rear panel had been bogged up and resprayed) . He first pretended not to know what drifting was and insisted it wasn't bog but file marks and then changed his mind and said definitely not been drifted. I then said to him, you should take that drifting sticker off then, it's a dead giveaway, what sticker? he asked... um... the one that says driff in japanese... On the other hand, like you said, I haven't had any probs at all with my car and any advice and pricing I have asked for seems reliable and good. So yeah, a little confusing and mixed. Anyone else out there? Also, who out there is on the northern beaches?

Any one had experience with GF Goodrich G Force Sports or GT Radials (champiro)?? 17/235/45. Quite a few places I've called have recommended them but I'm not sure wheter they are good or just getting better rates to sell them.

Seen a few R33 with Clear tail lights. Does anyone know where to get these from, the cost or how to modify normal tail lights to get this effect?

Anyone have experience with Dunlop Direzza's? 17/235/45 ?? Have them on the car and they seem ok. Not sure whether to stick with them or go cheaper. I have been quoted $330 each.
