  1. Playing rugby league in a final, i was in dummy half and i saw a gap and dived for the try line. The reason there was a gap, was that the goal post was between the two blokes. So i dived as hard as i could straight in to the goal post. Scored the try and dislocated my right shoulder, there was about a four or five inch height difference between my shoulders, a doctor put it back in on the field and i played the rest of the game. As it turns out the Doctor didn't put it back in properly and i can now pop it in and out at will.
  2. I got mine for my SR from Stuart Wilkins Rally
  3. Ahhhh rum the drink of violence, Happy Birthday man
  4. Me hurt? Not likely, i am just concerned about yourself and your rejection from Mzdefected and the fact you might need to feel wanted by allegedly helping others.
  5. Wardest, In regard to the old analogy about the plumber having leaking taps and the builder never having a fully built house, so what is your story? You come onto a public forum offering free emotional advice, i suggest you look after your own backyard first.
  6. I got it on friday, so much porn so little time.
  7. Just to give you the heads up, the phrase in the scene is not "fully sick" anymore, but "fully hectic bro", just keeping you in the loop. HECTIC BRO!

  9. He is talking about air intake temperature. The leaking radiator cap and lack of thermostat (not thermostat housing that i think you are thinking of INASNT) are unrelated to the high air intake temperature. The car will not overheat with a leaking radiator cap unless it runs out of water (or gets close to) hence why the guage is normal. People remove thermostats (like bl4ck32) to stop the flow restriction and keep the coolant flow at a decent speed. When removed the vehicle takes longer than normal to get to normal operating temperature. As for the excessive air intake temperature it could be many things such as blocked or damaged intercooler or a collasped hose or blocked filter/s. With a GTR with the front mount (of that size) the intake air temp really shouldn't rise over 60 degrees, on my car i can't remember the air intake temperature ever really getting over 40 degrees and i have had sub zero temperatures registered (i live in the mountains). Do you run exposed pods in your bay because that could be the start of the cycle. Also if the car is running lean (you mentioned the injectors maxing out) this increases overall operating temperature of the combustion process.
  10. Standard he has no hope, they have sealing issues that prevent them from making decent power, at least with a standard headgasket anyway. In short he is full of shit, though they are an iron block which makes them quite robust and they don't have rocker arms like a SR (this can be fixed easily) plus they are dirt cheap. Like any engine they have short comings, but they can be worked around their downfalls. I know of a handful of CA's in australia that make in excess of 300rwkw. Like anything budget is the issue. xRHETTx, yes you can Smiley, capacity will always win in the end
  11. The FJ is DOHC i have one at my place, come count them if you want. Yes FJ's are T3 flange

  13. I've seen a TT SR20, both built locally and japan, I've heard of a SR22 which is a stroked and relined SR20, and i heard they can get up to 2.4 but have never seen it done. As for a SR26 i think its either a typo or bullshit.
  14. ANY-50L, Old Datsun 1600, flogging a VR clubbie
  15. Vince does race cars not road cars, it's just the way he tunes. My datto doesn't idle too well when cold but i can accept that as it is a shitter that i drive very rarely. Where as if i had a nice car like a R33 i would be unhappy.

  21. I spoke to vince rigoli about putting EMS on a GTR and he said that he would have to put a throttle body on the front of the plenum to get throttle position reference. He said EMS as good as it is (i run it on my SR by the way) is not great on a GTR and recommended the power FC
  22. Hey dan, remember what happened when we went and saw the first fast and furious?
  23. Mate why did you take it there? Take it to Jamie Waterhouse automotive in Peachtree (just down the road). He looks after majanal's car and a couple of other skylines and he is a bloody good mechanic. Tell him Rhys sent you. You can thank me later.
