I hope my post was read properly, the main reason I would look at the NEO is because of the fact that PFC has gone End of Life and in 6 months will not be $1000/unit.. Also tuning costs more for the PFC as it takes longer especially from scratch. Personally, I don't need a PFC.. I don't have different injectors or turbo and am not chasing the dragon trying to get high power.. I'm just after getting my car out of <10:1 AFR which is what the SAFC will be able to do at a reasonable price + tuning.. THAN maybe i'll change over to the PFC or a different fully programmable ECU. So has anyone used the NEO, I believe it now has 16 points rather than 12 which should help..

Bump... Has anyone used the new SAFC NEO yet??.. with the PFC going EOL I might look at one of these considering my extreme lack of mods...

Nissan - $900/light or pair I believe.. otherwise find a parts importer.. look in the back of HPI or something, they are the hardest R33 part to come by I think..

Went last night.. Kayne West sucked.. he was turned down heaps.. also had to wait 45mins from when he finished too when U2 started.. They on the other hand were awesome.. had a great mix of tracks.. Funniest was the look on bono's face when he went to release the kite/balloons and someone grabbed it.. thought he was about to jump in and punch on with him.. great production, sound was great as well.. was standing about 10 m from the stage.. i'll post some phone pics if I get a chance.. Went thurs night, got to have a close up experience with the new Masserati (my mate new the marketing manager).. was trying to sneak into the ferrari area too but didn't happen.. Was good, not very many people - which can also be good.. The new Audi R8 - WEAPON!!.. like the new BMW 335 as well..

Andru, just to answer your question, differently designed/manufactured turbos can generate/sustain different levels of boost.. currently skylines use turbos that spool up quicker but run less boost, we also have 2.5/2.6lts vs. 2.0 or in the new wrx 2.5 (i'd be interested to see what boost they run).. The evo's also run high boost levels e.g. 14/15PSI.. it's the offset you get for having a 2Ltr engine and trying to create high power.. As for the comments.. well.. it's an acceptable question, maybe just the way you state it.. You could have simply asked "Why does a WRX/EVO run high levels of boost vs. Skylines".. Also - you just need to look at the RB20DET, they run quite high levels stock (e.g. 11/12psi - or whatever it is) - it offsets the 2Ltr engine.. Anyways.. good luck, appears to be a hunting ground here..
