Almost like the wastegate isn't opening enough.. try what ellie says.. could be an issue with the line from the compressor to the wastegate (could it be too restrictive).. Try holding it open and seeing how it goes.. Wastegate is opening.. but not fully.. so it's unable to vent all the excess gas @ a high air flow (6000rpm).. Check that it is opening fully and easily.. not sure how to test though..

Yeah - if you want a bit of better service and maybe pay $5 more a part (or less) check out http://www.arc.com.au They are in parra & chatswood I've used them for my last 2 pcs.. if you are after just parts.. than go in.. grab it all.. and head home.. no queing up - MSY is known for their bad queues

Had a great day.. some awesome cars there.. got some other ones including some of the rotors but i've just selected the best photos.. Got some videos as well.. Might encode them if I get a chance and put them up.. see how we go.. That drift car was quick.. (till he snapped the driveshafts)

Well.. I would.. but my one got replaced about 300kms ago.. I've got a rattling/squeaking thrust bearing as well.. but it appears to be going away as it maybe grooves in or something.. not sure what the hell is up.. does the rattling go away when you depress the clutch pedal?? -
Saw an M3 one - guy had smashed the pressure plat into 3 pieces - flywheel was a roooted... clutch was completely gone.. mine had about 1mm of material on it before hitting the rivets..

Out of interest what did you use to create the car.. did you get a someone to give you a laser print of the car (or whatever they do) or did you do it by hand??.. Looks amazing.. I've done some 3D Studio Max rendering and it's not the easiest to get such amazing detail on the cars

Very interesting to watch - especially after getting the demo/sample DVD for ignition and watching it thinking.. man.. this guys got some serious money to be building cars like that.. microdots seem to be a great idea.. but i'm sure it's only a matter of time till people work out how to remove them and respray them.. -
