  1. Sounds very interesting - was looking at the stage 1 and 2 course.. but this would be great to do instead or as well.. Would be great to have a night booked for SAU people.
  2. All JPNZ files have been removed. I am currently deciding on whether to take down my site..
  3. Update Due to being contacted by JPNZ - I have decided to remove the R32 and R33 manuals from the site as per their request. Thanks
  4. i agree with you he doesn't deverse to die No one ever does - from what I understand he was on the bike.. very sad to hear, and condolences to his parents and friends.. not something anyone ever wants to have happen.. hopefully people will learn from this.. WSID is there for a reason, it's just sad that people still go out for the runs when these things happen..
  5. Lets think about something here.. how do these things work.. Well - as the pressure comes from the compressor a bit is funnelled off to the wastegate spring which when the compressed air hits a certain PSI - opens to maintain a set level of boost which is determined by the wastegate spring.. but to answer it - unless it provides less restriction than the stock valve or T piece or restrictor you can't run less than you already are.. to run higher boost you are creating a restriction or in the case of these devices it takes more boost to let the air pass through to the wastegate spring.. ultimategtr06 - I don't think this is causing your issue.. I don't know what you had in place - but if it's providing no restriction than the wastegate will open at it's default pressure.. rrrage - yeah - you can run less - if the restriction is less than what was in there originally.. - I suggest you be careful, if your top comes out and no air gets to the wastegate - than from what I understand it will never open and you will very quickly build up large amounts of boost.. Hope that makes some sense.. and please - feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.. cheers Links
  6. Saw that car go past me yesterday up on the Northern Beaches (balgowlah area).. had P plates on I do believe..
  7. Hmm.. no I do beileve my site is still up and running.. hasn't gone down at all - anyways.. justin helped you out..
  8. Goto something not quite right there.. Since I got my car the oil hasn't gone down a mm at all..
  9. Can you add the FAST program to the download page? I'm currently seeding the torrent for this, would suggest you get it from there - it's about 800mB - which is a bit large for me to host as people while blow my downloads.. i'm seeding though at 100kB/s so grab it off there..
  10. never been pulled over in the past 5 years i've been driving.. don't tend to get that many looks in my car anyways.. than again I don't speed that often.. I wear a cap.. but eh, what's your problem with cap's.. guess having my stock rims turns them away .. don't really get followed either - but that's the way i'd like it to stay.. could be something to do with where I live - who knows.. Direct Bank Transfer also available. Cheers Stewart Someone's making a nice little bit of money.. Personally I prefer it out of the solenoid but I guess - whatever rocks your boat.. than again i'm only running 0.6Bar anyways.. where as the stock car runs about 0.66Bar.. but atleast it's spooled up by about 2,500 rpm.. had it up at about 0.75Bar but was finding the car would R&R..
  12. Wouldn't mind a wiki set up with technical terms like these.. great description GTRGeoff wasn't too sure of it myself..
  13. Sorry kamikaze was just stirring.. Victory.. looks like BCNR33 005581 doesn't come up on mine.. soz
  14. Hmmm... might be looking at a new filter with a bit higher flowing.. any ideas where to get apexi or nismo ones in sydney.. or is ebay the way to go.. one question with the UAS one above - where does the airflow come from.. atleast with the stock one it gets fed quite well from under the lip of the bonnet..
  15. when installing on the R33 RB25DET do the following: 1. find the bronze/copper T piece that has 3 vacuum hoses attached to it one from the manifold, one to the solenoid, one to the turbo. 2. remove this T piece by twisting the crap out of the hoses till you have the 2 free hoses, one from the manifold, one to the turbo.. leave the T piece attached to the solenoid hose, you don't need this anymore.. 3. plug the following: vacuum hose coming from manifold -> bottom of unit vacuum hose going to turbo -> side of unit look at the picture! Finished drawing it: RB25DET_install.bmp there you go.. that's all you need.. pressure comes from manifold, passes through bleed valve if the boost is enough, heads to the turbo (wastegate controller) and opens the wastegate to vent.. good luck.. 16. Well done, saw your car at the BBQ on sat.. glad to see it's all paid off..
  17. *insert comment about KamikazeR33's signature..* anyways.. here you go..
  18. ^^ fair enough than - wasn't quite sure of the exact amounts.. it's in the service manuals I believe, the S-Hicas moves almost 2x as much as normal Hicas..
  19. Whered you get that great pic from lbfalcon?? Poombah.. HICAS found on gtst's work on the same principle, but only the rear wheels move as opposed to all four with super hicas. Think about what you said - of course all 4 move, the front 2 are controlled by you.. the back 2 by HICAS, the main difference is the number of degrees that the rear wheels move - super hicas is up to +/-1 degree I think, vs normal hicas is only +/-0.5degrees
  20. Well.. i've got from issue 4 to the latest one sitting next to my toilet.. and it's gotta be one of the better mags to flick back through when your bored and feel like havin a read.. sad to see it go, let alone axxed for a crapper mag.. sure it might not have had the best writers, but it still managed to keep my attention 5x more than most mags, HPI is good, i'm a subscriber - but it's too thin and you finish reading it in a good 10 minutes...
  21. iinet assign IP's dynamically - each time he disconnects it may/may not reconnect his IP. Anyways - record the time - and i'm sure you could get the records.
  22. It appears there has been atleast 3 or 4 people that all put a deposit down - as you do have his IP address, also provide this to the police as he is with iinet - and if required the police can retrieve his details. Good luck with everything - and as for #33.. your a low life p.o.s. for doing it.
  23. Links: is there a way to tell how many times the trailer has been downloaded? If you want - I can give you a rough figure.. I can put it up here or i'll pm it to you later if your interested.. I'm just taking a look at the logs now and can probably narrow it down to about within 3 or 4 of the actual number.. Let me know.. Cheers Links
  24. Higher flowing cat should free it up to stay @ 21psi.. Nice result.. looks like quite a nice smooth power delivery..
