True.. quite observant of you.. if you look at the full photo it's actually taken in 2003 and is in memory of a mate.. Trust me.. doesn't do you much good.. after a hectic night out drove from byron to sydney.. believe me - i was micro sleeping the whole way home - this was a while ago - i don't do any of that anymore.. be driving.. blink................ 200m down the road open eyes.. not good..

Well - they may well be the same, sorry haven't had a chance to check through everything - it appears that it is the re-encoded version which would be of lower quality. I will chank the description when I get hom and give people the option of hi or low quality.. cheers for spotting it..

Looks good mate, great number of km's for the year e.g. < 9,000 / year.. Whens it meant to be landing?? make sure you get everything checked out on it.. take it easy for a bit than get stuck into it, specially if your coming from a fwd exa - > rwd r32 with a huge amount of power/weight.. get used to it before you start bein silly.. apart from that - looks awesome.. hope it all goes well..

I've seen/read about a number of street cars using it.. usually done in conjuction with a launch controller that dials up e.g. 4,000 rpm with anti-lag spooling @ say 7PSI.. launch and your off.. Mainly used in AWD cars, with a rear wheel I think you'd be struggling for traction..

Just picked up this months HPI.. not as good as Speed, but not a bad read, more caters to what's happenin out of Aus - e.g. D1GP and stuff..

However someone from Box Hill tafe decided to download 4 GIGS!!!! please try not too today, that's rediculous.. I'm offering this to everyone as a favour.. Just so you know there is only 800mB of files on there - of which about 400mB are available for HTTP download.. so to download 4gigs in about an hour or so means that 10 people from the same ip/location did it.. Please try not to do this in future or I will place restrictions on who can download and how much bandwidth - which I would rather not do.. Wow.. everyone get downloading in the last day did they.. just 6 gigs.. ouch.. only about 6 gigs left ppl.. after that - we'll have to wait for another 15 days or so I can't afford to purchase more bandwidth..

my one has the facility where - if my turbo timer is going, I can lock the door - it will wait till turbo timer finishes than arms itself.. this is quite handy as I can get up and walk away, unless they are super quick they haven't got much chance, i also tend to not leave my car running e.g. turbo timer and walk off, tend to let it finish.. as for chirping, got the choice - button 1 - 3 chirps, button 2 - 1 quick quiet one.. having a keypad is quite a good deterrent as well..

Aparently the reason they had to move out from the Caryard in manly is due to their being issue's with the owners of the building. Someone than moved in there after them - however there was leaking water from the roof and the owners weren't prepared to fix it. Personally i've heard a number of bad reports about them from ppl that I wouldn't buy from them, however that was a little while ago so who knows.. See how you go - hopefully they'll do a good job..

Most dealers are happy to let you go for a drive if a) you sign on the dotted line that you'll pay the excess if anything happens B) you aren't a shoddy lookin person who is just out for thrills c) you show a genuine interest and actually know a bit about the cars.. atleast that's what I found, most were pretty decent, depends on where you go - I tended to find that there were similarities in the places that let me drive and those that didn't.. as for private, well - some of them had big dudes in the passengers seats who i'm sure would break me in half if i was a bad driver..

Sorry if I gave the impression that I drove all the cars into the ground.. not true at all.. The one I ended up buying, only got a short chance to drive it - and because I knew that I was buying it I chose to take it quite easy, also had 3 of us in the car - and trust me I value my friends lives. Also the person I bought it from was a top guy so I didn't want to kill the car in case I didn't buy it. If i'm paying $20,000+ for something I want to know that it works from top to bottom, hence giving it a little bit of gas here and there.. Also - this was the first time i'd been driving in turbo's so - my idea of "ripping" is probably quite toned down from alot of the guys on here.. I have huge respect for these cars, as well as other people's property.. - It's a bit like buying a house, you don't buy one that you've only seen the front 2 rooms but know there is another 3 out the back without seeing them, for all you know they could be all fcuked up.. - another thing is inspections - have many ppl looking at buying showed an interest in getting an inspection done, personally wouldn't buy a car without one.

Anton - not quite sure what you mean by "i can't get it to work", are you referring to the site or the PDF??... Dont' have the R32 gtst manual yet - if someone could upload it - that'd be great, not sure what the R32 all engine service manual has in it, that might help.. Justin - yeah - I know - however they have been around on other sites for ages, if they complain - well.. they complain - site won't be indexed by google - and of course, no one on here is going to go around giving out the username and password are they are you now ppl.. Enjoy.. remember - if you have anything else and wanna put it up - go for it.. while there is still space, you can still use it..

After having just bought a car in the past month i've come accross this a number of times.. I test drove probably 6 different skylines till i found the one I wanted.. There were another 3 that I didn't test drive, they were all asking for a $500/$1000 deposit before they would let me near the car.. I pretty much laughed and walked away. The problem is - your not the only one selling a car, there are so many out there it can make the difference between someone buying and someone walking away. If you are worried - than I suggest if people are interested than you take them for a drive. This should be enough to satisfy you - and also get rid of the tyre kickers.. I also suggest giving people a look, than taking them for a spin, than saying - if your still interested in a couple of days let me know and we can discuss something/work out taking it for a spin.. remember though - you are selling a performance car - and I wouldn't buy anything someone wouldn't let me drive hard before buying it - that's the way it goes, I probably drove half the test cars harder than I drive mine now - you goto weed out what are good and bad cars, and unfortunately that means your car is gonna cop it a bit cos your selling it. So that's my thoughts.. good luck with it..
