Hey guys i'm lookin for an after market piggy back comp for my S2 Nissan Skyline. I've come across 2 products that i have heard very good reports about. the Apexi SAFC and the Greddy E Manage. I dont know much about these two so i'm asking which one is Value for money and which one of the two is a Better unit. To tune they unit, i heard the E manage plugs in the a computer and wit the right softwere u can tune it, and the Apexi SAVC the tuning can be done on the unit itself. Which is a better unit to use and which one of the two is the Simplest to use/tune. Is anyone using these units ATM? how would you rate them? and how much should the units cost? just incase i'm getting riped off. Thankx guys

i got a Front mount cooler, just need to install it. I'm thinkin about a piggy back computer? apexi AVCR or a SAFC, will these help wit the mapin go the fule and air??

My factory BOV was leakin.. that why it was changed to a better flowing BOV, i donno about ur V-spec bro,, but yea. the release of air that come out of the BOV is only when u take ur foot of the throttle, sorry for the misunderstanding...

i dont really matter bro, lol Why u get a auto one.... lol Mate it depends what time of BOV u put on. i recently slaped on a Apexi dule champer BOV it make a "flutter" at low reves and a "woosh" at high revs. it sounds mad. But wit an auto, u'll hear the sould when it changes gears automaticly. it should still sound good. have u heard some of the auto VL turbo.. sounds mean.. but they have a dose pipe take it eazy boss

Boyz and girlz of all ages, I have a quick question... The Stock turbo on a R33 Skyline.. how good is it really. How much boost can be reached threw it at a safe level and what steps are needed to do that? a T3 turbo, is it a stright bolt on to the RB25DET? the other day I turned the boost slightly up to 10psi. sometime when i give it, the car sergues?? anyone knows whats up? hey Guys, just a quick question, the other day i bought a Power up boost controller for $50. it was winded all the way down and it was still hitting the 1 bar mark on my boost gauge?? i drove it around for an hour max and then disconnected it because i have a stock turbo. now the question is, is my turbo damaged? i went back to auto barn and got a refund and made a deposit on the TURBOSMART single stage boost controller wit the incabin controller. has anyone used this befor? and is it any good???... i'm thinkin of boosting it to 11psi. is that safe on a stock R33 wit only minor modifications?? ie. POD, BOV, CAT-BACK EXHAUST? thank

USE BP ULTIMATE, its the best my car loves it, gives it a lil bit more umf..

bro i own a 97 M-spec. my goal is 200kw @ the wheels befor dec. to pull about 180wk @ the wheels you will need a good cat-back exhaust system, a front mount cooter, boost controller and a aftermarket computer to get the best from ur stocky turbo. wind up the boost to around 0.9 bar (1 bar = 14.5psi if my merrory is right) If you want up to 240kw @ the wheels, add a good bolt on turbo, larger injectors, larger fule pump high flow cat and adjustabul cam gears. wind it up to 1.2 bar of boost. i been told it sould give you better turbo responce and stronger mid range. hope this info helps ya mate. good luck wit it bro. Just remember modifyin ur SKYLINE is like gettin hooked on drugs.... its so addictive...

Which is better fule Shell Optimax? BP Ultimate? Caltax Vortex?

i had the same problem... last monday i blocked my stock BOV so i can get my car to flotter.. while drivin it the hicas light came on and my power steering stifended up... now today, i just got my Apexi BOV put on and it happend again, but this time i hav'nt blocked off the return pipe form the stock BOV in to my air intake. what should i block it off wit?? its steel so i cant really cut it...a ny idea's??

i had the same problem, i just got it fixed yesterday. my local exhaust shop just moved the exhaust tip so it;'s not as close to the bumper... $30. problem solved

i was told that you can have one induction modification... aftermarket Intercoler or a aftermarket air filter.. but i think the pod must be bolted down so it dun move around in the engin bay. i have a HKS ram pod airfilter, it sounds great, but i was reading a jap artical and it says that it has the lowest filtering element compared to the other top brands. any body know anythng about this??

Try a Apexi Power FC, Pod air filter and a Exhaust system..

i donno man, i'm suggestion would be Power Fc, tube & fin cooler and maybe a coil pack...
