  1. you should get a straight cut 1/2/3 with shyncos
  2. if your gonna use it on the street. dont do it. unless your willing to strip it down every couple of thousand kays and get the gears crack-tested
  3. what! no conrod straight hahah nice but
  4. late as usual. but im in
  5. im sure someone in a turbo shop will verify this but the oil feed has 2 holes to the core. each has a .05mm holes. so clean oil lines are a must. it doesnt take much to block them. anyway jeornal turbos need quite alot of oil. especaly hi flows,to keep the thrust bearing alive
  6. cool. thanx for the input. for referance there 2 ohm per coil. so if i run them in series ita a 4 ohm sub. i think il use a sealed enclosure with them. as they specify a 40L enclosure per sub ma boot aint that big lol and to run them i was thinking of either a 150w rms x2 amp. (300rms combines @4 ohms) and run the vioce coils as above. or..... a 100wrms x 4 amp and run each chanel into each coil? so a 2ohm load at all 4 chanels. the amp is stable at 2ohm. so thats a 800wrms@2 ohm amp (new digital 4 chanel one) im after really good sound quality. ive heard the higher the ohms in the system the better the sound?
  7. may be a rocker cover gasket. pretty common. or the oil feed posibly?
  8. subframe bushes. just throw some pinneapples in it. happy days
  9. id honestly use a synchro box. if its at all sreet.

  11. nup. to small
  12. JASMA=japan, aftermarket, sports, mufler, asosiation. just means it complies in japan. its not a brand. ie..you dont by tyres that are DOT brand, rather dot aproved.(department of transport)
  13. i didnt know gtst.s came with an "05U" prefix on the pump part number? i thought they were 21U (GTST)
  14. of a zed with diferant bolt sizes and dif rear ofset?
  15. just drive it normaly for a few weeks. couple of tight turns etc etc.
  16. ok. let me re phrase. the torque guage will ocasionaly raise up while your cruising. then drop down. it should shoot up if you put your foot down. pretty much any motion where the car jerks in a forward motion. ps. i had front tyres new rear almost worn out. the torque guage was up the whole time till i put new tyres on the rear. both were the same brand aswell. so it doesnt take much
  17. dont get all shirty lol. it should be like a car with a loose diff. it should give a smoth progresion from inside wheel spin to no wheel spin. its not designed to hang thge ass out. its a "luxery" item thats not meant to be driven hard. crap because.. for your aplication i think..theres many aftermarketr difs out there that perform better and are more predictable. most of the time they just dont quite do what you want. make any sence???? the a-lsd ligt is a warning light lol. just like the abs light. if its on it ailnt working. the slip light is a indicator that its operating. just like the traction light or esp light in a merc. from my experiance they are rare as. and very doie. you cant do line lockers in them either coz with your foot obn the brake its logs a fault code for front wheel speed sensors.(basicly gets all confused.) ps.. if your gopnna get a power fc get one for an auto not a manual as the manual pfc is missing a pin for the a-lsd ecu (tps output)
  18. miss matched brake pads dude. ultimates are shiet compard to a decent "sporty" type.
  19. woops. il just read the above post err dave
  20. ps.. whats the point of pultting an external oil return when theres alreaddy heaps of returns at the back of the head. and for drags.. how does the oil "flow" forwards through a hose when your violently acelerating? im just curiouse
  21. lol. i posted a similar bandaid track day fix for this a while back. put in an extra 1.5litres or dont race
  22. yeah. if there roughly the same size externaly. it should take you about 5 hrs. stubby 13mm spaner is your friend hehe ive done about 6 in total. kunty job. ps..its easier to remove the turbos to to the dumps rather then trying to do em in the car :s
  23. hrmm. check the turbo for endfloat. ie..try and pull the turbo shaft back and forth. (not up and down)
