  1. interesting. these are the housings that garrett seem to be forever out of stock arnt they?
  2. indeed. the main diferance i believe is basicly just the housings. they seem to be better designed for high boost aplications i think. but... i dont know about you i dont really wanna be running around on 2 bar boost. especally when its waring out stuff alot quicker than on the nice 1.2 bar setting. rebuilding/freshening up a rb26 isnt something i wanna do every 6 months lol
  3. nothing hostile but. just a good laugh ps..im a tool
  4. hahahah lol reminds me of a supra cruise a few whores and i attended up the northern beaches. they were all racing and doing flybys. it was funny the aparent "leader" tryd to have a run with me. pitty he got hossed and all his mates. so it was a gtr embaresing a whole heap of supras. on a supra cruise. it was very funny.
  5. i agree. im not reciting 4 pages of workshop manual. lol. it will take around 4hrs drive in drive out. youl get charged about 600 to do it

  8. this is your problem. heres how to fix it lol this guy had the same issues. i hope this helps . took me while to find
  9. hmm these sound like some sort of massive high fows. those mesurements are quite a sizable increase. almost like twin 2835s or something. myt mates got them and it hits at 6100. but does go to 10k so yeah
  10. gt 3076 aka 3037s not the gcg version as its the 3071 with xtrgt3076 tag. and next to it the garret tag says gt2835 52t ask for the gt3076 with the .6 a/r comp cover. a .64 ex housing would work well. ps... the exaust housing comes seperate and uses a 3inch exit
  11. god damit. im racing at eastern creek that weekend
  12. pretty much any sumitomo 4 pot caliper aka db1170 brake pad. sooo... toyota landcruiser/hilux subaru wrx 98--->current nissan s14/15/skyline obvoiusly etc etc just pop ito a dealer. ive got some anyway in my tool box. you dont really need them anyway. if they are squeeling badly it the pad compound anyway. just grease up the parts wich come into contact with the caliper with moly lube. also chamfer the edges of the pad(take the sharp edge off the leading and trailing edge of the pad. and de-glase them by rubbing the pads on a flat concreete surface.
  13. do the uras 17x9.5 +15 wheels fit a 32gtr with say 255/265 40 17's ? i need some track rims . pitty i sold my other set of lmgt2's :
  14. slotted discs and or dimpled ones offer no better brake performance. just less chance of squeeling and glazing up
  15. go the brembos. much much better. (and discs i asume ) and can be made to fit behind 32gtr wheels
  16. from the sound of it. you need to soften up the rear. or just toe the rear close to almost no toe in. and toe out the front 2mm each side
  17. i love how people seem to think hard is better for the trackl not having a go, but the number of people who go ..yep il just put the teins up to full hard and sik mate ..
  18. lol i have one and need to sell it
  19. id guess id better get some tyres. hmmm or i could just put on my slicks lol
  20. whats a good condition un rusted vg30 exhaust housing worth ? thanks dave
  21. woops my bad :s
  22. umm. the ac compressor turns of at any major load any way just the extra heat through the radiator youve gotta wory about. its gives NO LOSS OF POWER at all. so just bask in the nice chilled enviroment lol
