  1. hahahah lol. i had the EXACT FREEKIN PROBLEM. it was ok then it would start making this bouncing noise. and the fuel presure was bouncing up and down. they dont like the hi/low fuel pump voltage. the first thing you need to do is to piss the fuel pump controller off. (find the earths for the pump and ground them directly to the body) also run a direct power line from the relay to the pump aswell. located behind the boot latch area. if that doesnt work throw it in the bin and get an 044.
  2. ummmm. please dont test it its alreaddy f**ked im sory to say. that ltlle red light has to come on for about 1 second at full boost to destroy a motor. just park it and start looking for a bottom end. sory to be blunt but theres no way a motor could survive that. good luck with the rebuild
  3. also check the oil breathers. pcv valve etc. ive seen on to many ocasions people putting catch cans on incorectly efectivly sealing up the motor. the turbo is the first to show blowby or posative crankcase pressure. in the form of thick white smoke

  5. or just takle it somewhere to get it checked perhaps the return spring(s) are broken. both on the pedal and on the throttle body. also the tps has a spring too. it would be hard to put it on backwards though

  16. yes it will. youl need the shifter and a pull clutch/flywheel asembly. either. r33gtr or r34gtt. 250mm clutch i had one in my dr30. nice box with good ratios and very smoth operation.

  18. in terms of good tyres that will cop what you throw at them. federal ss595. cheap and good. good for mid nines on a gtr having generic "tein" s wont help. the more power you got the more time you are gonna have to spend setting up the rear end. ie. subrame pinaples etc andeling the diff for more squat etc
  19. classic chineese moch up lol housings are nice. everything else is sub standard (materials used in construcion/ paticuly the main shaft wich loves to bend : )
  20. throw it in the bin they are a prick to tune as they change the rate of rising pressure depending on fuel temp. ie..one minuite it will rise it say 1.2 times then change gears and it will go 1.3 or 1.4 with the same boost. they are generally reserved for the bandaid fix for small injectors
  21. either there timing light is fuched or .. ( asuming its not an autronic or something that needs a differant trigger disc inside the cas) you need a new harmonic balancer as the outer ring has slipped on its self.
  22. of the top of my head.. being a sissan six just pretend its an L series. oil clearance 1-1.8thou both on big ends and mains (1.8 is better) piston to bore clearance 1.2-2 thou ring end gaps as per usual such and such thou per inch of bore. head bolts 110nm not sure on bigends or maines. have to get back to you with that
