  1. if its a g-max one. (that doesnt rattle) the new exedy friction plates are 750 bucks probably send it to jim berry or a similar aftermarket rebuilder
  2. mines got a nismo 2 way centre. and it made short work of the rear diff bushes : under aceleration if you back of a loud thud is heard
  3. depends what car it is gtst = light weight shockproof gtr = heavy shockproof redline oil. any good quality synthetic gear oil is sutable.
  4. no there not gtr ones just check the number of splines on the new shafts. if your old diff was a limmi. it should be the same. should be 29 spline., a pic of the other side would be good
  5. yes fs5w71b. but it has a short extensin housing. =ghey unfortonatly you can get a 71c or a early 71b box and swap the bellhousing :
  6. you need to make the piping the same length from each turbo to the airflow meters. but thats abit tricky. also having a balance pipe joining the two intakes together helps aswell. and yes no bov woks as quickly as the stockers . there sweet
  7. thrust bearing faliure is common. basicly they just get brittle. not warmed down propery can kill them really quick. ive seen stock standard ones have the rear turbo fail. and ive seen ones boosted to 15 lbs with no probs its a gamble and a prick to change the turbos in the car. the best ive mannages is 4 hrs drive in drive out for turbos on a 32 gtr...
  8. id asume so. but i dont really see it being a worthwhile mod. as there rigid as. + arp studs reqire a tighter torque settng. so to do it properly you should get the block/main girdle line bored. (coz the extra tightening of the bolts distorts the block of its true centre line of the crank.
  9. oh. its worth noting that the 19c compwheel is a "flatback" wheel. and is pretty oldschool. so if your gonna hi-flow it just prepare to pay abit more coz they have to machine the convex shape of the new wheel. unless you use a to4b series wheel. all of the later model mitsu turbo comp wheels are superback. so they wont fit without custom machining.
  10. i had that exact one on my fj20. comes on at 3500-4000 i rekon. i had mine hi-flowed with a 57trim to4e comp wheel. i have a 14cm exhaust housing gathering dust in my garage... just before you fit it get a good qualiy gasket made up for it as i was forever blowing them coz the bolts kept coming loose. the dump pie was evam worse
  11. m10 bolt if im not mistaken
  12. dammit. ive been bumped to 3rd time to put the real engine in
  13. welcome to the suck
  14. it will bolt up but yopul need a r34 front pipe and cat converter. im pretty sure the flange is 180 degrees out to :

  16. i use sbs (scandernavian braking systems) duel carbon compound. very good and quiet. ive also used the carbon/ceramic compound aswell. excelent pad. both of these pads pull up on a bright orange disk without fade !!! wwww.sbs.dk available thru specalised brake and clutch for about 300 bucks.
  17. WILL BE IN GOULBOURN
  18. Spotted Sl!m driving my car
  19. is there a small amount of freeplay on the pedal? if not adjust it so theres about 1cm of pedal flop.(on the pad) your clutch may be "pumping up"
