  1. if the shock is mounted on the hub/upright its 1:1 if it on a control arm its not. all skylines are on the hub. so all 1:1. just because they are not at the outside of the hub makes no differance. rear is def 1:1. front is mounted on the upright so its 1:1 too
  2. stock engine pipes no problem. but make it easier as you can tilt the motor etc etc. big aftermarket pipes, not likley.
  3. i have the 83-72 but in bullseye power. no figures to report as the car is still in bits. i see that they have tried reducing the inlet to 100mm 4" instead of the pain in the ass 5.5" inlet...
  4. S362 by bullseye power.bullseye power. S362 V-Band Outlet 76.3/67.6 Turbine Wheel 0.91 A/R Turbocharger Name - S362 Compressor Wheel Inducer - 62mm Compressor Wheel Exducer - 80.6mm Compressor Wheel Trim - 54 Turbine Wheel Inducer - 76.3mm Turbine Wheel Exducer - 67.6mm Turbine Wheel Trim - 79 Turbine Option - Outlet - V-Band Turbine Option - Inlet - T4 Turbine Option - A/R - 0.91 Horsepower Rating - 350-680
  5. id go with the cheaper one with the flex joint aswell. and with all cheapy stuff the jigs they use are often not rite. so with the flex you have that extra margin for error. just make sure you have the g box exhaust hanger fitted..
  6. THATS REALLY WIERD.. great choice on the turbo! i got the 372r it can only be a massive boost leak somewhere. pics of setup?
  7. rb20 and all n/a rb twin cams dont use it. simply unbolt and bolt up. but you must use a z418 oil filter. or any that has a relief valve in it.. best to use is r33gts-4 rb25n/a as it angled forward abit.
  8. i run them pre cooler aswell. the only bov's that get rid of comp surge when mounted pre cooler. just make sure you have a dedicated vac line to them. i use the charcol canister vac line. (no charcol canister)
  9. 1.8bar. bog stock 32gtr bov's
  10. line boring isnt cheap. some are very close some are way out. really depends on your parts. but generaly you cant swap cam caps around. thats why they are all numberd aswell.
  11. did it rattle when cold? if you pull all the rings off the pistons, slide one in. you shouldnt be able to flop it around in the bore. or you could compare it with your new ones. by feel. not at all acurate but you will be able to see if one is tighter..
  12. stock 26 pistons will get 7 ish to 1. way to low. you are better of putting rb25det pistons in. 26 pistons sit 2mm lower. 25 pistons sit down about .5mm but stock 25/26 deck height is +0.5mm above the deck.
  13. since the marks go well past where the rings sit, to me looks like to much piston to bore clearance. since the skirt has rubbed it up aswell. they were installed the right way round? little dot or arrow facing forward? its fairly normal to get those marks up top with forgies, but not the whole way down past the rings. what pistons were they? and what ones are you putting in?
  14. or you could just pop it out with a screwdriver. if the driveshaft is seized in the hub, just undo the knuckle and control arm from the hub etc etc.
  15. if its to loose you will have to get the crank ground to a undersize and get the same undersize bearings. i think they go 10 and 20 thou under.
  16. micrometre is best, but ive always used plasti guage with out issue. you just have to be very careful with it. you get a feel for it after a while
  17. bigger is better. use a z9 ford filter as its got a relief valve in it.
  18. both same resistance? the 4 hole, what brand is it? arart from nismo.. is it a denso, etc etc. you will be able to make more power with the 4 hole ones as the stream is split in 2 and aimed at the back of the valves giving a better burn rather than spraying onto the port divider going all over the place..
  19. running a cooler like that will do exacly NOTHING.
  20. GET -12 and if you need to get a reducer. your filter block needs to be 3/4 unf. the differance in price from 10 to 12 is f**k all. buget around 30-40 for a 90 degree swivel braid fose end. the russel fittings from rocket ind.. are alot cheaper but still good.
  21. whell spacers are silly, but.. will not put any extra load on the bearing than a wheel with the equivilant offset.
