  1. semi wet sump? what a gtr with an actual track ready oiling system hehe
  2. if you have the aircon on that is normal. if not get a new thermostate and radiator fluch.
  3. rods. pistons. poncams and 1.6bar on a t04z. (505hp) aftermarket ecu. 900cc injectors and exhaust. clutch and a aftermarket gearset for the box.

  6. yes it is a shame. man it was spectacular to watch. im asuming he asumed the 4wd will straighten it out. so his foot was burried the whole time!! well till it was past the point of no return anyway. nice looking gtr aswell lesson learned.
  7. ok. in order to get a clean rpm signal with my autronic smc. i had to use a crank trigger. its a 3 tooth trigger. basicly 3 windows machined into the crank pully. with a 3 wire hall sensor. and works a treat. still using the factory cas for 1 cyl sync. the sensor is mounted off the oil pump sump blots on a bracket. and the windows are about 20mm wide and 4mm deep.

  10. geof, im concidering getting a ppg dog box. (i know how they work) can you give me some info on the shifting technique needed for them? ive kinda an idea but no experiance. par engineering have a good section on it. but im just after some first hand experiance. cheeers
  11. it is a ticking time bomb. mine had a route 6 gear set in it. (os giken style) but the input shaft gear exploded. so yeah standar box good for id safly say 340kw. any crunching it will pop garenteed.
  12. besids. the fuel rail is a pipe with holes in it. be it $20 or $500 it does the same thing. only diferance is someone is making more money ehhe
  13. buy my bosch '363 650cc injectors. freshly cleaned and will be 500 deliverd 14mm o ring. to suit your rail. 340kw capable. or more
  14. yeah im using a atleast 10 year old garrett 42mm one. and its awsome!! been on 3 cars now. used to be on "freaky" pac rx3 ehhe it holds anything over 1.1bar dead flat all the way to redline. (with a boost controler) now its suporting 1.6 bar and 376awkw no probs.

  16. thats very good!! it apears youi dont need a cdi hehehe. cant wait to see it run down the track!!! haha yeah you didnt miss much at wsid. well exept some textbook "how not to drag a gtr" driving. where a dude got tank slappers and kept into it and wrote it off into the opposite wall!

  18. no worries paul. let us know about the cdi. i was going to go six individual coils. but my twin post rx7 coils seem to be fine at 1.6 bar with .9mm gap. autronic ftw
  19. as soon as i solve my geabox exploding problems.
  20. standard they are differant. gtr uses a 250mm pull clutch gts-t uses a 240mm push clutch. the pressure plates are interchangable. so hence the same cusco number. but if you use a gtst one you will need to get it freshly machined. and the gtr one is heavier
  21. where did you get that viscosity from? cos its thicker than most. and to corect my post. its penritesynthetic manual oil 70.

  23. you might wanto clear the street. parking is going to be f**ked. i used to work at envy and yeah ive been to your shop. you need to sort out the parking issue.
