  3. AHHAHAHA happy b daay dude.
  4. ahahah yeah the RED PAINT IS THERE FOR A REASON. that is all.
  5. not if you want to run a v belt for the aircon. the 30 ones are smaller aswell and less suited to revs. bigger the better or by by oil pump. i can see you went to repco or something and pulled out the ol mckay balancer book lol.
  6. yeah. i achieved f**k all with the radiator mounted one. perhaps 10 degrees diferance at 110. so 110 instead of 120. and offset by the engine overheating twice as fast.
  7. yeah. thats how i did mine on my dr30 rs. (same strut) machine off the disc to make it a hub. then i used a dba 330mm commodore disc (blank) got it drlilled to suit. same as the above kit but i needded 10mm spacers to achive the corect offset for the caliper/disc combo. and this all fit behind 16's looked cool. just all brakes behind em
  8. yeah. first thing on the list when doing a auto-manal conversion.
  9. its a v-spec. (hydrolicly controlled) its controlled by the atessa ecu im pretty sure. unless theres a seperate a-lsd ecu
  10. $3 a cut? thats cheap. at edcon its $7 a cut lol
  11. make sure the nuts are tite. spaces usually take a while to seat properly. i almost lost a wheel on the harbour bridge lol.
  12. let me start.. first off. a lsd oil is a lsd oil because of the friction modifiers to prevent "chatter" in the clutches and give smooth takeup . v-spec diffs have zero preload. and no chatter problems. also they are controlled by a ecu and require a constant rate of friction to work corectly. putting a friction modified oil in is not what is recomended. you can but it wont work as the engineers intended. just like sticking a lsd oil in you gearbox. have fun selecting lol you put a lsd oil in a viscose diff?? no. why? cos theres no exposed friction plates. threre a sealed unit. dont recomend oils to people ok
  13. early zeds. 3.5-3.9 ratio. dr30 early 3.9 late 4.1 hr31 4.11 4.44 pretty much any nissan turbo pre 89. with a "rc" prefix in the build plate all mechanical 2 way. if a limmo.
  14. hahaha good one mate. do you have any idea what your on about or how a v-spec lsd works? go lean some things thanks. i spose you would put a lsd oil in a helical diff to you noob
  15. amen. but yeah . 040 lol my fave
  16. lol 33gtrs are the worst for putting oil colers on
  17. hrmmm. talk of height of the cooler??????? whatt tha. lol anywhere on the lower half of the radiator leval so the air gos through it not over or around it. that hks kit looks realy nice. with the ducting. for the track a minimum of 25 rows will be ok. ive got two. still gets hot but. one in the brake duct one infron of the radiator making it over heat
  18. oh? back lash is usually done but the side bearing washers. doing the pinuion height isnt really a job for doing under the car
  19. hahaha lol here gos the oil wars. nice trick with the selector rod would of taken me a while to think of that. yeah run ol the mill 80-140 is the go. synthetics (some) break down
  20. Louverd ones are far better. mesh doesnt trap the slung oil as well.

interesting. nice fab work. but whos incharge of the "details" of the engine bay? like all the heaterhose and wiring all over the place.
  22. hiem joints, rod ends, rose joints, spherical bearings. i think thats all the tems used
  23. yeah look at arond 300 for a good suction pipe
