hi peeps. just a call to all those "managing" threads and not maintaining them. ie timeslip registries etc etc. frustrating to read thru the whole thing to find out whos done what. where if it was updated as it states it would be a really cool referance. not having a crack at anyone. but if you cant do it hand it to someone who can. cheerees

dave. 27 qualified light vehicle mechanic since 03 clawing my way up. finaly working for a race team yeah love making stuffs. got my own ac/dc tig so ally/ss etc etc. works got a good lathe (400mm) and a nice mill. all cool stuff. i prefer fabing things from dropping oil lol

yeah. 33 gtr non vspec. around 600 is a ballpark figure. just the bigger axles is why you cant just throw in a gtst one. and the ratio aswell. -

yeah. they work well but are ineficant and under engineered. -
there te same box. theyve mucked up the selectors when they have put the rear housing on. easy to do. its a little fidly getting it on without acidentaly selecting a gear. the problem is its gotta be pulled apart to be fixed. takes 2 seconds but f**k..

oh thats awsome!!!!!!!!! dmn. ok. you need to pull the kunt thing out again and seperate the rear housing. the selectors are in there. followd by a stern phonecall with a please explain to the seller.

yes. a big sharp screwdriver or prybar works well. orr just seperate the boot. it clears with the cv joint housing still in place

you have to remove the selector fork for 3/4 to get to it. but im going to get all the bearings done in mine. cheaper than a new box lol. unless anyone knows where to get a route6 gearset????

yeah. time and a place. or simply just be carefull. but as we know shit happens in the wilderness. eg deer thru my screen on nacho followd by a subi rolling and burning. that was a good reminder for me to take it down a peg

that is f**ked. i was soooooooo close to going on that drive. i rolled thru thornlieh maccas at arond 10pm ish. but i was tired and in my work clothes. so i kept on my way home. oh deer. people try too hard up there sometimes. now its for sure a no go zone from here out :s condulances to all involved .
