I have seen this car in the flesh, and been in it. Sure the body might have a few dings, but if you can find a R32 GTR with the same engine work for a price this insane then go buy it ! Because i highly doubt u will find one. And 'SIRGTR' please explain what you mean by "u'll find things missing" thats very broad mate. You can buy a fairly stock R33 for the price your paying for a fully rebuilt R32 GTR. Im sure buying a car like this you are thinking performance rather than looks. If i had the money i would snapp this car off him straighway for this price !!

Guys i have a R33 GTR Door trim, its in immaculate condition , except for one little scratch down the bottom, which cant be seen once the door is shut anyway. haha top call ! Nah turbo is stock man, must be the thrust bearing cauz im sure the clutch is on the way out... Is there any group buys on clutch's or anyone know where to get them for a good price in Sydney ? Dont need anything big, a heavy duty should do fine for now.. Thanks for the help

hmm ok... i would just change that when i change the clutch next yeh... How much would a new thrust bearing cost you rekon ?

yeh but if that was the case woulnt the noise stay there regardless if the clutch was depressed in or not ??

Car : 1994 Nissan Skyline R33 M Spec Since i had the car i noticed that when the car idles (600rpm), it has a whinning noise comming from the engine bay, like as if one of the belts was too tight or something.. i never really worried about it.., just lately i noticed something.. When idle, if you put the clutch in, or even just rest ur foot on the clutch pedle with a little force, the noise goes away ?? I did have thoughts that my clutch was gone and slipping a few weeks ago , but im not 100% sure... Does anyone know what this noise may be ? or wat it is related to ? Thanks..

Hey boyz, just for the record this is what ive done... (1) Bought a Speaker --> RCA converter from Repco (2) Ran RCA's from that ---> AMP (3) Hooked it all up, including remote wire e.t.c DONE !!! Sounds perfect and cranks.... The only problem i find is that when you have the volume set to "0", you can still hear hissing in the background, i assume its because of this setup, but for the meantime till i get a new deck, i'll live with it. By the way yeh i know all NEW decks usually have RCA outputs, the deck i have is KENWOOD and is Double Din, with Full 3D spectrum anyliser, No it doesnt have RCA which i thought was wierd, but its a awsome deck and perfect condition, thats why i didnt wanna get rid of it yet. Hey, from what i have read up on the H/U installion on a R33, 2 questions i cant understand , i dont see anyone mention nothing about the remote wire ? and my deck doesnt have RCA Input. (1) Im about to install a amp and wondering where i connet the remote wire to.. Effectively a remote wire is basically the same as the accessories wire right ? Should i just wire it into the acessories wire going into the H/U ? (2) My double din Gathers (Kenwood) deck doesnt have RCA Inputs, i was told you can get converters, that basically convert your speaker wires into a box then you plug in RCA's out of that ? Has anyone done this and does it still sound normal? Let me know what every1 who has amps has done ...

thats what i thought, but because i only used the pipes off the boost solenoid and left it plugged in still, i thought mayb the mod still might apply. So technically i can unbolt the solenoid and discount it caus im not even using it.

Just reading up about this "High Boost" mode by grounding the black earth wire from the boost solenoid e.t.c. Just one question? I am running one of these 'Turbotech' manual boost controllers. The way the boost controller has been setup was by using the pipes off the boost solenoid and bypassing it. Because i have bypassed the solenoid, will this 'High boost ' mod still work for me ? or am i already getting max boost under 4500rpm . Thanks boyz.
