  1. Do you still have the stock dash? Also what offset are the wheels?
  2. Car still for sale?
  3. Just buy a proper pair of wrist wraps from the likes of Inzer or Titan and wrap them properly before a set. If there is still pain you might need some fascia release or treatment on the muscles or tendons.
  4. Titan golds (red and yellow) are great but you have to wrap them very tight to get full use from them. Not a good rookie's wrap. I like to use the inzer iron z's for mucking around and lighter training. You can do them up as light or as heavy as you like, quite a versatile wrap and will last for a while if you just want something light.
  5. Calves are almost purely down to genetics. You can train them (I even tried 3 days a week for 8 weeks flat out) but then change was barely noticable. Seeing as they are really only trained for aesthetics I'd rather just wear pants!
  6. NAB are doing 5.29% finance on commercial vehicles and equipment. You need an ABN but that's about the best deal you will get. The car would need to be landed in the country though for them to do it.
  7. Can you post or PM pics please?
  8. If you cant afford to insure it you cant afford it. Holds for any asset you value.
  9. Whats your old mans name?
  10. I use to train at St Kilda PCYC until about 2 years ago. Much better gym at bodyworld on balaclave rd. 4 racks, 3 platforms, specialised bars and plates reverse hyper bench and GHR. Does have some usual gym nuffies but also a serious group of trainees, competitive powerlifters and some bodybuilders.
  11. around 112kg
  12. Barbell bench and rack is all you really need. Squats front squats overhead squats good mornings bench press floor press overhead press military press push press full clean power clean snatch jerks deadlift stiff leg deadlifts bent rows upright rows curls just a few off the top of my head
  13. Yeah i doubt he could deadlift 165 let along rep it on the bench.
  14. PB's are 220kg x 3, 200x5 and 160x20. Rock bottom depth.
  15. That looks great. Kept in nice and tight to the body of the car, good for ground clearance.
